Bobtail is an awesome Factoring company... The people that work there are so kind hearted. I'm very particular about who I deal with. I MUST say that I love them. I prayed for God to send good people to help & guide us with our Business. My Heavenly Father did just that!!! I have (not) came across a bad apple. I won't add the yet word, because I don't believe they have any bad apples... Please do yourself a favor & work with Bobtail. They do have other useful programs other then factoring. We have worked with Bobtail for 3 or more years. They go up and beyond to help their clients. The specific I am talking about is this. It was the day before Christmas Eve, in which they were not open on Christmas Eve. I submitted invoices and it was to late to send a wire. I called expressing how important it was to get the invoices paid. Cynthia helped us by calling the broker to verify the loads, and worked until the funds could be put in the account through an ACH deposit the following morning. I cannot express the gratitude I have to Cynthia, and all of the Bobtail workers, as they all help whenever they can. We have recommended Bobtail to anyone who asks us about a factoring company
