Well I have been with Bobtail for a week now and am having to fight for getting paid. They get it Friday and I get it Monday. It is stated that if you get the invoices in by 11 am eastern time paid by 5 pm. Well it was in by 10:54 but bobtail recorded as 11:23. I will give them the benefit of doubt and 3 more
weeks to see if they can do better.
Well I was wrong now after working with Bobtail for 3 months. I will only work with them because they do their best to get you paid quickly and honestly. Thankyou for your honesty

They always answer the phone! The staff is very helpful and cordial. The three thing I love are - payments are on time, website is easy to use, and great customer service!

No BS contract, you factor what you want and hold the checks you want no minimum, and did I said they pay fast???? lol what else you need when you are in this game

I have been with Bobtail for about 6 years now switched over from CJM Financial factoring company in De Moine,IA.Gurvir called me and explained how bobtail works with no reserves, no contract, cancel anytime and etc and I switched over to Bobtail from Cjm financials who would not return $1700 reserves they were holding from us and nfortunately scammed us basically when I switched to bobtail.
I stayed with bobtail because all they promised was true and I had my 4 cousins who are all owner operators switched over to bobtail and they all
have been very happy and stayed with bobtail since..
Great , professional service and approach, no issues and looking forward to many more years with bobtail.
Anyone who is looking for trustworthy honest factoring company, I recommend Bobtail and don't waste time with other factoring companies out there who you have to read the fine print and requiring reserves.
