I’ve been looking for the right boat for a long while and found plenty only to be totally put off off purchasing by the attitude of the brokers. That’s till I found Boatshed Wales, what an absolute revelation, both Mike and James in Neyland offered a customer service second to none, they could not have been better, really interested in my business, answered all my questions ( I’m new to yachts and this is a first purchase) and sorted everything from initial viewing through to arranging lift out and loading. Cannot recommend highly enough, top lads

Andy Topham was really outstanding. He went above and beyond to help me during my virtual search and when I came to St Lucia to view two boats. After 24 months of almost no interest in our boat we moved to Tim Kingston at Boatshed and within weeks our yacht was sold. The service Boatshed provided was professional and we were kept informed on the sales process at all times. I put down a deposit on a boat saying it was in Gilbrater and explained due to travel restrictions we could not travel to view the boat. On arrival, the boat was across the border from Gibraltar in the next mariner.
Upon viewing the boat it was not what was advertised it was badly maintained and needed a lot of work done on it including the engine taken out to be sandblasted. The survey indicated it was not fit to go in the water due to some issues, but the seller said it was fit for sailing, it had rusty keel bolts that were not mentioned either.
I made an offer on the boat the seller is refusing to answer my offer and keeps on saying due to conditions I shall not get my deposit back. Be aware of buying a boat from boatshed Gilbrata no deposit should be put down as the person running the sales refuses to pay back deposits.

Excellent personal service from Tim Kingston, sold our boat for us and was active from the start in getting the deal through. Overall very impressed.
