I joined this course because I’m looking to build a reliable side income, and I’ve been impressed by how practical and experience-driven the content is. My mentor Jordan and the team are clearly very knowledgeable — they share actionable tips on everything from attending viewings and speaking with property managers to setting up an apartment, decorating it well, and pricing it effectively on Airbnb. They even walk through using tools like PriceLabs to track and optimise revenue.

I was interested in a side-gig and decided to purchase the bnb course. It was in-depth and highly detailed. I feel equipped to begin my side hustle. Even if you purchase the course and decide not to pursue it, you will feel equipped to pursue it at a later date, or at least have a sound understanding on how rentals/property businesses work.

Overall very happy with the mentorship, the modules are detailed and the Victorian specific videos are incredibly insightful. Team is really knowledgeable and has good connections such as cleaners, photographers and furniture suppliers. One note though, my specific mentor Terence didn’t cut me any slack, he was always on top of progression and checking in with me which is good for most people and a reason they would sign up but it was a bit too go go go for me. He’s very results orientated and genuinely wants the best for all of his students even if it means applying a bit of pressure.

Changed my life for the better, was a lost 18yr boy and turned 19yr man with new goals and purpose. Scary initially like most new experiences but scared money don’t make no money. Mentors also turned best friends, twinning 🤞
