Great mentoring! The weekly mentoring really helps me to keep my feet on the ground. To be honest, I've been thinking of quitting a couple of times, but the support from my mentor, Tan, really helps me to push through the early process. It was clear, step-by-step, and for me, it shows how to start, what to expect, and what to do next.

Danny has been an exceptional mentor from the very beginning of our journey. He has always been available to answer any questions, guide us through the process step by step, and consistently check in on our progress. The mentorship can be a valuable tool, but it’s not always as it appears online.

My business partner and I started with little knowledge of renting or Airbnb arbitrage, and the Bnb Success modules and weekly group calls were genuinely helpful. The online community has been a standout, everyone is super supportive and ready to help, some of the best advice I've received have been from the community chat.

Over time, however, the main mentors became harder to reach, with newer mentors stepping in. While that’s appreciated, it does change the experience.

The program is also marketed in a way that can make success seem quick and easy, but in reality, securing multiple properties is challenging. Many real estate agencies are hesitant about Airbnb arbitrage, so it requires significant effort and persistence.

Overall, the mentorship has been beneficial, but it’s important to carefully consider the cost and go in with realistic expectations, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to put in the time.

The community aspect has been super helpful. It’s great being around a big group of people going through similar wins and losses, it makes everything feel a lot more relatable. Sharing experiences has helped me and my business partner learn and keep improving our own business.

Founder mentors are hard to reach, but I’ve found that newer mentors are more approachable and keen to help which is great.

Danny is the best mentor ever. Genuinely so helpful and guiding, I wouldn't be in the position I am today without his mentorship. I would buy the course again if the money went to Danny. You're guaranteed success in this business if Danny is your mentor. Helpful, attentive and holds you accountable so you don't flake on your goals. He's the real deal.

Throughout my experience in the BNB Success I was very stressed out as I didn't understand anything at all but that's when Danny came in to the rescue.

Danny was extremely patient with me even when I asked the most stupid questions but no matter what he would always respond to it and makes me learn something new everyday and understand the system alot better. Had a bit of ups and downs and stress coming through but Danny did remind me that to just follow the steps little by little. Sometimes I didn't understand but Danny would always break it down into details making it easier for me and shows that he truly cares and wants the best for us.

I really felt seen as he would always respond to my messages and correct me when I didn't understand and very happy working with him and the whole team.

This "mentoring program" is NOT what it claims to be. All of its promotional material must be viewed with an awareness that its primary focus is to capitalise on people's tendency to trust someone who is confident and skilled at convincing you they are genuine through polished marketing and clever advertising. The actual service it offers and advice it provides is no more useful than asking the latest version of Gemini or Chat GPT the right questions. They demand $15,000 to begin the "course", however after that you are left to fend for yourself and come up with even more money to fund your endeavour, with nothing but a phone discussion each week as support. In short everything about this product is focused on obtaining your $15,000, with not very much in return and all the risks and uncertainties of a volatile and unpredictable investment. Not worth it!
