I ordered a coolant hose from bmwpartsdeal.com and it took 2 weeks to arrive, after losing a client because it took so long to arrive. I returned to hose for 27.00 shipping and it arrived at there warehouse 1/8/26 they have failed to reimburse me, its now 1/29/26 so I went to the Attorney General and filed a case, they have still failed to reimburse me, so now its small claims time. This has been a horrible experience.
Update bmwpartsdeal.com contacted me after I left this honest review a said they would refund me if my review was taken down or edited. So here's my edit bmwpartdeal.com and im still waiting for my refund.
2/4/26 I recieved a refund. After my shipping cost and 20% restocking fee it cost me $62.00 and a client 😑 and more grief than it was worth.

The BMW OEM windshield wipers I ordered were shipped in a box too small for their length and arrived sticking out through a hole on the end. The risk of damage to this or any part is unacceptable. I don't think I need to say more.

My Order was placed early Oct using their site for PN ID. Provided documentation Packing list is the correct PN, packaging is the correct PN but actual part inside is the wrong PN and was the wrong part. Their RMA system is online and does not allow 2 way discussion. Every call to them - when I reach a live person ends with me being placed on hold and then the call hangs up followed by emails to use their RMA system which have led to the part identified as non refundable though the error is 100% on their part. Meanwhile I am out >$400 and my car sits disassembled. Next step is BBB filing

When I committed to this purchase, I assured that the color of this item would match my car and it does not exactly match its was upsetting but good quality.
