Best search engine I’ve ever used to find a vehicle part. I needed a small exterior decorative chrome part for a 2017 model. It was surprisingly easy to find out of must be thousands of parts. It arrived in a reasonable time and fit perfectly.

They lie to people telling you the part is available, when they don't have the part. The try to find it and order it from elsewhere delaying the shipping by weeks. I still haven't received my part

Do not do business! I ordered new parts from this business, paid $300 in shipping cost only to receive damaged goods. They stated the parts i ordered were non-refundable. When I contacted the business on the damaged parts they asked me for a part number that was no found on the part or its packaging, shipping labels and pictures of the damage. I gave pics of the damage, the shipping box i received the item in but they insisted if I have no part number, they will not consider. The part had NO number they asked for and they said they cant send me a picture to show me what exactly they are looking for. This business has no customer service or consideration for you or your hard earned money.

Update: Seller responded below saying they normally do this, that - yet that was not done in my case. Still no attempt to contact me. Still no attempt to reconcile for the damaged good I got. DO NOT DO BUSINESS GUYS!

I ordered a bumper cover for my 2016 X6 50i from BMWpartsdeal - $1100 + $300 shipping. When it arrived it was severely damaged - marks, scratches and a kink in it. The autobody repair man said "it had been dragged through an alley by a gorilla" - it requires $600 of repairs. I advised them of this and said I wanted a replacement part. They advised that as my request was outside of their 5 day return window they refused to do anything - I advised that it took two weeks to arrange the installation with the auto body repair shop. I had sent them pictures making it clear that the part was sent in a damaged state and not a result of shipping damage. This company should be avoided - they are liars and thieves.
