We have received fantastic customer service from Hannah at Blue Lotus travel. She helped us find the exact itinery for our upcoming holiday to Tokyo. Experienced customer service
Simon was extremely helpful from start to finish. I asked for many things to be included within out trip which he absolutely successfully obtained within the itinerary. He sought everything I requested and more. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to use his excellent service skills again in the future and I will recommend him to friends and family.
