Total scam
I really liked this casino at first. Went to make my first withdrawl which was through plaid. Hours later I received an email saying my withdrawl was rejected and to pick a different payout method. That would be fine but it the said my account can't make withdrawls even though my account is verified. Reached out to support and was told it was under review with no timeline of a resolution. They since have stopped responding. Total scam avoid this casino!

Hi Erin 👋
Thank you for your feedback. In full transparency, we would like to share the details of this situation.
Every account goes through a standard review. Being verified ✅ is one part of it, but the account must also be in good standing under our Terms and Conditions. Our fraud prevention systems 🛡️ identified a breach of our one account per player rule, which was then confirmed by a manual review from our team. For this reason, the withdrawal could not be processed.
Reviews like this require careful checks, and we do not share details while an investigation is still open.
The investigation is now complete and confirmed that multiple accounts were created and used, in breach of our Terms and Conditions. As a result:
🔒All your accounts were permanently closed
💳 Your full deposit has been refunded to your original payment method, so you have not lost any money you paid in.
A formal notice with the full details has been sent to you by email 📧
