Great experience with blinq POS
We’ve had an outstanding experience with blinq and couldn’t recommend them more highly. Nico, our dedicated Senior Account Executive, has been absolutely incredible throughout the entire process.
He supported us massively with improving our point of sale and inventory management, taking the time to train everyone from staff to managers so we all felt confident using the system. Nico also helped us resolve ongoing issues with our till system and guided us on how to properly manage stock, recipes, and purchasing.

We have been working with Blinq since December and the experience has been fantastic from the start. The entire process, from connecting the system to migrating our reservations was smooth, straightforward, and very well supported. A special thank you to Dan Geary, our representative, who has been exceptional. He is always available, responsive, and genuinely supportive whenever we need assistance. As a business owner, having that level of reliability and hands-on support gives real peace of mind. What also stands out about Blinq is that even the founders are approachable and involved. In most companies you never interact with the people behind the business, but with Blinq it feels different as the team is engaged, accessible, and clearly invested in making sure their clients are happy and supported. In hospitality, it’s essential to work with companies that respond quickly and resolve issues efficiently and Blinq has consistently delivered on that. The reservation system itself is very effective and works perfectly for our restaurant. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. The system has everything it needs and the support behind it is reliable and easy to work with. Axel carried out our implementation and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. We would happily recommend Blinq.
We are a bar-service pub only, and the system suits us really well. It’s simple for the team to use, does exactly what we need, and avoids the over-complication we’ve had with other EPOS systems.
One of the biggest positives for us is the value for money. You can have unlimited devices, which is a big advantage compared to systems we’ve used before such as Lightspeed and PointOne. Blinq feels streamlined, well thought-out, and much more cost-effective.
Small detail recommendations to Blinq that would make a good product even better:
• Ability to toggle the “takeaway” menu on and off so it’s not displayed
• Clear labelling for card machines within the system
Overall, Blinq has been a great fit for us — straightforward system, fair pricing, and a supportive team behind it.

Best POS system there is
Blinq is easily the best PoS system for hospitality. Such a straight forward system for users while still giving tonnes of data to track sales and performance. Plus the support is top tier - Sonny helped us with installation and even came and helped answer any of the teams questions. We also recently switched internet providers and he was there to make sure it didn't interfere with the system or service. Can't recommend them highly enough.
No hesitation giving 5 star review
We had been having problems with our previous Epos system. Overcharging on transactions, expensive monthly subscriptions for equipment and poor customer service which never got back to us, so we decided to give Blinq a try.
What a difference! Nico came down from London to our two sites and set up the equipment having already programmed in the menu for us. He trained the staff on the system which is easy to use and intuitive. It's very nice to be able to put a face to the people you work with.
The integration with DOJO was seamless and transaction fees have been cut from 1% and sometimes 2% with Eposnow to 0.4% which will mean a 6K saving over the year.
Blinq also enables us to see in real time what hours our staff are working and have a running total of monthly wages. Super helpful!
And finally, Nico set up Whatsapp trouble shooting groups for both our sites so staff can send messages and get support immediately with queries.

We were in touch with Nico from the blinq team and he was very helpful from the beginning till the opening day, from providing a training online and giving us an idea about the functions of blinq to coming on the opening day and providing the training to rest of the staff and even after that he was available over phone to resolve our issues, true of a gentleman and really professional, he knows in and out of the system and explains in easiest and best way possible.
We are definitely considering changing our current restaurant POS to blinq knowing such good service and assistance.

Having run hospitality busineses since 2008, I can honestly say the implementation of blinq has been easiest we have ever done. We are now using blinq for both EPOS and inventory management and could not be happier. Ele was fantastic during the set up and Alie was there all evening for our first day and sorted out any minor issues we had. The system is user-friendly and does everything we need it to do as a busy food-led restaurant. Their customer service is also second to none.

Very happy with Blinq, from first meeting to final set up all went smoothly. The PoS is great, the integration with DOJO seamless. Nico installed the printers in-house very easily and his training afterwards was spotless.
