I very rarely write reviews although in this case the company response to my issue was exemplary. Genuine and proactive Customer Service like it used to be! My issue was with a damaged silicon seal on an aluminium & wooden lidded sandwich box. It is a very well-travelled and much used legacy B&B product. Assumed nothing could be done (part not listed on their webpage) as item must be at least 15-16 years old but decided to engage regardless. Response was swift and effective throughout – especially with Sandrine from Customer Service. Cannot fault the service nor the replacement part, facilitating the box back into full use. Top notch! Thank you.

This is my 3rd purchase in 3 years my water has never tasted so pure plus my white good, i.e., kethke , iron, and coffee machine have never needed descaling since the purchase of these little magic charcoal .
Have slso put several family and friends on these too.

I bought a lunch box for my daughter lately. Really happy with the quality. As we live in Ireland. It also arrived pretty fast. Thanks so much. Will shop again!

Unreasonably GOOD customer support from this company. We've thoroughly enjoyed all of their meal prep kits and solutions as well. Ordered some glass and stainless steel sets. Have been using them non-stop since. Very high quality product and even more rare, a high quality customer service department that helped me solve an issue with one unit quickly.

In today’s day and age, with online shopping so prevalent, it is staggering that Black & Blum have such an appealing and out-dated returns process.

When checking the process on the website, the company ask you to get in touch - which returns an email with the cuteness of a slap to the face.

And then the process:

1. Here’s the address
2. Send it to us. Or dont. We don’t really care.

It is a shame that a company priding itself on innovation and design cannot even meet the basic levels of service and courtesy.

I only wanted to send something back - it’s almost like them make it difficult enough as to put people off?

It will be my last visit to Black & Blum.

I placed 2 orders on August 5 th and 7th .
Neither has arrived . The company stated that FedEx couldn’t find my address ( although I have lived here 35 years and had multiple FedEx deliveries over the years). I have contacted Black and Blom basically every day to request a refund and have never been able to reach them by telephone. The “ askme@blackandblom” response is for me to be patient and there has been no response on chat. I have spent over £200 and have no idea when or if this will be refunded. I am an avid online buyer and no delivery company has ever been unable to find my house . Customer service is diabolical and can’t comment on the product because neither delivery has arrived which seems strange . Never again …

Retuned one item and they cannot find it even though I wrote the order reference number on the package and informed them. It’s the only company that “struggles” to identify return packages and proceed with refund.

Great company. Lovely design. Products built to last. Replacement parts for the bits that can wear out are low price and high quality. Well done!

These Containers do not stain can be used in the freezer for storage and can be used in the oven or microwave,
There great for food prep and keeping in the fridge, I like the square ones as it saves me space

So far the best bottle out there, doesn't add any funky taste to the coffee and it's truly spill proof.
One small downside is that it doesn't hold the temperature that well, but it's understandable since it's not a vacuum flask.

Very good idea, keeps food fresh. I shredded some lettuce for a salad bowl to take camping as night before prep. My wife said that will turn brown and I said it shouldn't do, and lo and behold it was still green ( it might have been a one off).
And I also now take a salad bowl and side bowl for my lunches, instead of wrapping in clingfilm or foil or using old plastic tubs. I am very pleased with my purchases and will most likely be buying some more boxes instead of bowls.

Beautiful looking products. They work perfectly and are more compact then similar products. I use the bottle daily and it's robust enough to take constant use. Customer care is also excellent.

I ordered 2 insulated travel cups for use with our daily commute and family trips. Having tried many brands that failed to last, my wife and I are very pleased to have a reliable, well insulated leak proof cup, for what is an essential part of everyday. The best coffee moments have the right blend, cup and atmosphere, wherever we are, we've got the first two! The customer services team were also very prompt on a cup lid part replacement.
