I poor experience with my ordering process but the customer service blew me out of the water! Brennan and Jocelyn were happy and helpful while I was not very pleasant to deal with! They made everything right in a quick and professional manner!

I’ve ordered from this website almost every time they have a sale! My son and his friends love the brand, and the quality is excellent. On two occasions, items were missing or incorrect, but customer service was quick to fix the issue and very responsive.

Well, it’s been almost all up. First of all the brand is extremely popular and the children are very excited to get anything from this company. (Which makes grandma look good). 😊 The bad side of that is they’re so popular you can’t get every thing in the size you need. Their customer service has been amazing a couple of times. I had one time that was going south, but they ended up doing the right thing, so I have no complaints. I did have to work on it a little bit that one time, yet on another occasion they gave me a discount/credit that I didn’t expect and I was very happy with that since I spent several hundred dollars on the clothes. The kids will be so excited at Christmas! I wish I could get them the bomber jackets, but I guess that’s not going to happen, crossing my fingers. The side effects of being so popular so fast. They’re doing a great job of it. It looks like the people are real and sincere, and I like the brand.

The Team here is excellent! They ran out of gift boxes, so he improvised and sent me a code to use instead.

I had two items missing from my original order and hopped onto the chat to get it resolved. Once item was out of stock and they worked with me to find an item that would kind of match. Appreciate the help.

My order was sent separately and when the first package arrived it should have had 2 shirts but only had 1. I called and spoke to customer service and Krystal was on it. She confirmed they were sold out, instantly refunded me, gave me a 20% off code and free shipping on my next purchase to replace the shirt needed for a Christmas gift. The sale out status may have been an over sight but the dedication to make it right is what I appreciate.

I placed a large order today for Black Friday and didn’t realize until after checkout that a tee I had in my cart was missing, I quickly went back and ordered the tee separately bummed I had to pay for shipping since my first order was well past the free shipping thread hold. I reached out via chat and spoke with Brennan, I asked him if I could combine my orders and he informed me I couldn’t (which I expected but asked anyways!) but he would refund my shipping fee as a one time courtesy! My sons love every item they have ever gotten from baseball lifestyle. From bathing suit shorts, shorts and short outfits and hoodies. Customer service is top notch. The response is always fast and they go over and above to rectify any issue with an order etc and make things right every time. The quality of the cloths is great too. I recommend sizing up clothes will last longer. Especially because I wash my kids clothes often since baseball lifestyle clothes are always their first choice!

I placed an order and afterwards found out that a military discount was offered. I contacted customer service the next day and they applied the discount. Quick, easy, and much appreciated!

I was disappointed that my order was just thrown in an oversize box. It was not in plastic covering or anything to keep it sanitized. Ive ordered before and this was not the case. It came beautifully packaged. I do appreciate that i was contacted immediately after reporting this.
