We have two preteen boys, who love their baseball. They originally found BL 101 in our local Academy Sports store, and while it’s been great getting the items local, the website and customer service is hands down superior! From the reward points, to the collection releases- my boys love shopping on the website, and so do we. We recently had an issue with an order and Leah, one of their customer service representatives, was AMAZING at getting it handled quickly and with ease- especially for the holiday season. Don’t get me wrong, the price of the clothes will definitely give you a little sticker shock, but the quality is TOP NOTCH! My boys wear their shirts and shorts all the time, and have spilled a few things on them as well- they clean up so easily and always look brand new. We will definitely continue to not only buy this brand, but recommend it to anyone and everyone! Thanks BL 101 for being simply the BEST!

The first time I purchased anything was from the Black Friday sale this year. A week later received an email saying they oversold the swim trunks I bought and sent me a 20% off coupon and said they would reimburse shipping if I purchased only in the next 30 days. The other item I bought was a shirt in the wrong size. I went to exchange it and it wasn’t in stock. They also had limited inventory on their site because of Christmas so I sent it back for refund to stick with 30 day window. Today I received notice of refund and I saw the shirt was back in stock. They would not exchange it at this point and made me pay full price. I did use my coupon and shipping code but it still cost almost an extra $10 for the same exact shirt I just wanted to exchange. Customer service seems like a AI bot with no emotion. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I’ve ordered several items and have never been disappointed! I did have one small issue with a shirt that I received but one email and a short time later, customer service resolved my issue and made things perfectly right! This is a great company that I will continue to support!

My order for my grandson was placed on Nov 27 and USPS had not delivered my package in weeks when it should have arrived. I explained this to a representative Krystal who was very considerate and caring about my delivery experience. She took my order number and put another shipment out for my merchandise and had it Expidited to try her hardest to have order delivered by Christmas. I’m only hoping for the best. Thank you for working with me and being such a kind representative. I give you a star rating of a 10 😁👍🏻

I received the wrong color shorts and customer service was 10/10. They responded to my email within hours and issued a new order with the correct item and had me keep the incorrect item. I appreciate their service in making the mistake right.

Baseball Lifestyle has an amazing response team to resolve issues that can always come up. A shipment was missing an item that was said to be in there according to the email. When it wasn’t, they quickly responded to all my emails and issued another pair to be shipped! I can’t enough about the amazingness of their customer service!

Ben was very patient with me and my concerns. I was concerned about my items being too small for my grandson because I ordered them early in November. Ben very kindly and very courteously communicated with me. I decided to wait until after the holidays to change any items if necessary.

The items I ordered were all as advertised and extremely high quality. I had one small issue with one of the tmitems and emailed the company late on a Friday. They got back to me within a few hours over the weekend and settled the matter immediately and without any hassle at all. Other companies should take note. Customer service at it's finest! Especially these days when almost all companies rely on chat bots and AI, this was an extremely refreshing experience.
I ordered a youth small but received an adult small. I sent an email and received an immediate response but I couldn’t figure out how to navigate an exchange through their site. I called the number that was provided and was greeted by Crystal who was very helpful. Unfortunately, the shirt I had originally ordered was no longer available in the size I requested so she helped me to find another shirt that my grandson might like. I truly wish the original shirt had been available because he loves bright neon designs. The second shirt wasn’t as bright but may work out. I feel Crystal is owed a 5 star review but I only rated my experience a 4 star because holiday inventory should be at optimal levels.
My two baseball loving boys love this brand, as do I. Their clothes are great quality, and super comfortable. I had one issue with a hole in one of the products and I emailed them and they handled it quickly. Overall, i am very pleased with this conpany.

We had a problem with alate return and after speaking toBen in Customer service we received a return label and paid for shipping, returning a few items. We later spoke to Krystal in Customer service who tracked our package, kept us up dated in all transactions and finally got us a full refund. We found everyone helpful, pleasant and professional. I cannot rave about this company enough! I ordered a baseball hoodie for my grandson for Christmas and had made a mistake in the shipping address, which I did not notice until the order went through. Customer service answered my email immediately and the issue was resolved. I am thrilled! My grandson will be thrilled when he opens his gift!
I spent 700.00 on one hual for my 2 boys, all t shirts but one came with a stickiness on the inside were the vinyl press was and transferred, I just opened the other sweatshirt to wrap for Christmas and it has a red stain from the red tag holder on it, one t shirt was so thin you could see through it, the quality is missing and hit, for that price tag, I expect consistency and quality, never again, I have bought items from Walmart that were better quality
