Ordered cloud slides that arrived too big. Requested an exchange or return the day after delivery, well within their stated 14-day window, with the item unworn, and unused. This meets every single condition listed in Bjorgk's published returns policy.

Bjorgk refused. Instead, they offered a 30% "goodwill" refund and suggested I keep the slides and donate them. When I quoted their own policy back to them and referenced UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), they came back with 50% and only then mentioned that returns would need to go to a warehouse in China at my own cost of £15-25. None of which is disclosed on their returns policy page at the point of purchase.

This appears to be a deliberate strategy: refuse the refund their own policy promises, offer escalating partial refunds, and hope the customer gives up. After reading other recent reviews, I'm clearly not the only one.

I've now had to raise a chargeback with my bank and file a complaint with Trading Standards via Citizens Advice, none of which should have been necessary for a return that met every condition Bjorgk publicly advertises.

If you're considering ordering: check their actual returns policy against the reviews here before you buy. The two don't match.

Had these items before. Great vakue and comfy. Only 4 stars as normally get a tracking order. This time i didnt but however arrived very quickly.

I placed a order 4 wks ago I have made 3 payments I have still not received my order.i have no contact number or email to get in touch with them to ask where my order is.i am not happy I will not be buying off this company again

I bought a pair of black clogs. I already have a pair in pink. They are so comfortable you can wear them all day. So easy to order and arrived quite quickly. Very happy with everything.

Iv bought from you in the past and was very happy with purchase so bought again, footwear is extremely comfortable for my foot complaint. Will definitely buy again. Only issue was having to wait for weeks for order to arrive, coming from China, as I was desperate to wear my new clogs.

When is made an order for the Bjorgk sliders they was described as soft , Unfortunately when they arrived they wasn't what I had expected, I got back in touch with this company & they offered me to send them back for a refund or take a 50% refund & pass them onto someone else, I'm very happy to say I took the 50% and donated the sliders to the Ukrainian refugee centre where hopefully they will help someone there, overall although I would have preferred to of had soft comfortable sandals I'm happy how this company solved the problem.

These sliders are so comfortable but supportive at the same time a great help as I have arthritis in my feet

The goods I ordered did not arrive, though the tracking system says they did, on a day when I was at home all day. I tried ringing the number given as their contact: it's a different company altogether. My advice? Be careful.

The shoes I ordered didn’t fit. I emailed the company to initiate a return as per the instructions on the website and have yet to receive any acknowledgment of the email or return details

Shoe didn’t fit. Asked to exchange. They offered a 50% refund - and I said no that is not okay. Either 100% refund or an exchange as per my rights. They have since ignored my emails and refused to find a solution (I have followed up 3 times over the last few weeks). Worst company ever - and the sandals are nothing special either. Buy from a proper seller not these scammers. Also - they said 3-4 days shipping on their website, and it actually took them 10 business days. Avoid them.

Four requests for return and refund of my order ignored.

Great product, well made super comfy and great colours. Received as a present and was so please with them that I ordered more for my brother and partner.

Only thing I would say is that they took a while to arrive but really not a problem at all as worth waiting for.

This is not the first time I am getting this footwear. I am familiar with it and very happy with it. Better communication this time around would have given it 5 stars. I bought 6 pairs, 3 came first but with no explanation. However, I must give them credit that this was resolved very quickly as the balance came swiftly afterwards. I love your cloud slippers. They are simply the best!

An update. After my reviews here, more messages to them on their website and then to their site on Facebook I have had NO REPLY nor an explanation but I have received a full refund...so if you are still experiencing problems keep up your public complaints. I will not use them again

I have not received my items which were ordered 4 weeks ago. Still waiting on customer service to respond.

Ordered a number of Items which never arrived.
Attempted to contact Bjorgk using the number and email address on their website.
The number is not a real number (+44 (0)123 456 789) and the two emails provided are also not recognised.
Unfortunate as in the past I have ordered multiple times from this company and had no issues.

I orders slippers and the money was debited from my account on 21/11/25. I still have not received my order and despite several emails , not received any resolution

These are the best slippers especially if u have feet issues. Best support. So comfortable and warm . delivery took a bit longer but it was pre Christmas busy . They are worth the money.i also got sliders too for the summer so comfy

I wouldn't even give a star. Items not delivered. No response to my emails or on line contact form. Phone number on website is fake - the number is 0123 456 789. Despite website looking professional i believe they are scammers. I should have known better than to believe an advert on Facebook.
