This company is a complete scam, Ordered the Bjorgk sliders as they was described as soft & comfortable, they are definitely not soft or comfortable, Cannot get hold of the company to get a returns label, after e mailing them, the phone number they give out belongs to Dreams beds. Where to go next ?

These sliders are so comfortable but supportive at the same time a great help as I have arthritis in my feet

The goods I ordered did not arrive, though the tracking system says they did, on a day when I was at home all day. I tried ringing the number given as their contact: it's a different company altogether. My advice? Be careful.

The shoes I ordered didn’t fit. I emailed the company to initiate a return as per the instructions on the website and have yet to receive any acknowledgment of the email or return details

Shoe didn’t fit. Asked to exchange. They offered a 50% refund - and I said no that is not okay. Either 100% refund or an exchange as per my rights. They have since ignored my emails and refused to find a solution (I have followed up 3 times over the last few weeks). Worst company ever - and the sandals are nothing special either. Buy from a proper seller not these scammers. Also - they said 3-4 days shipping on their website, and it actually took them 10 business days. Avoid them.

Four requests for return and refund of my order ignored.

Great product, well made super comfy and great colours. Received as a present and was so please with them that I ordered more for my brother and partner.

Only thing I would say is that they took a while to arrive but really not a problem at all as worth waiting for.

This is not the first time I am getting this footwear. I am familiar with it and very happy with it. Better communication this time around would have given it 5 stars. I bought 6 pairs, 3 came first but with no explanation. However, I must give them credit that this was resolved very quickly as the balance came swiftly afterwards. I love your cloud slippers. They are simply the best!

An update. After my reviews here, more messages to them on their website and then to their site on Facebook I have had NO REPLY nor an explanation but I have received a full refund...so if you are still experiencing problems keep up your public complaints. I will not use them again

I have not received my items which were ordered 4 weeks ago. Still waiting on customer service to respond.

Ordered a number of Items which never arrived.
Attempted to contact Bjorgk using the number and email address on their website.
The number is not a real number (+44 (0)123 456 789) and the two emails provided are also not recognised.
Unfortunate as in the past I have ordered multiple times from this company and had no issues.

I orders slippers and the money was debited from my account on 21/11/25. I still have not received my order and despite several emails , not received any resolution

These are the best slippers especially if u have feet issues. Best support. So comfortable and warm . delivery took a bit longer but it was pre Christmas busy . They are worth the money.i also got sliders too for the summer so comfy

I wouldn't even give a star. Items not delivered. No response to my emails or on line contact form. Phone number on website is fake - the number is 0123 456 789. Despite website looking professional i believe they are scammers. I should have known better than to believe an advert on Facebook.

I have had 2 bad experiences. I sadly feel this company are not to be trusted
First time I waited a month for delivery and then questioned it, they sent me a tracking the next day so obviously had lost my order
This last time, I asked after a month again as I got half my order.
Eventually after 3 emails they admitted they didn’t have what I had paid for. I had to really harangue them for a refund
I notice that the items I ordered that they say are out of stock long term are still available to order. Why?
Not impressive company.
They will take your money and not tell you they can’t deliver
Sad, because they are pretty good slippers
But not worth the dishonest practices of the company
Please think hard before ordering
They get a lot of 5 star reviews

Absolutely terrible twice tried to order the colour I wanted to be told they’re out of stock despite these still available to buy online.

I sent an initial email asking how these could be purchased in the States. From then on, I had a personal contact who assured me they were there for any need. They arrived promptly, just as ordered. These shoes are the best I have found in terms of Cloud shoes. They're just more cushioned and softer, which is why I hunted them down. I would HIGHLY recommend the shoe and the company!!

Bjorgk, is very easy to order from. They have a many different, sliders, slippers etc. To choose from, with lots of colour & size options. I find the items are very comfortable.

Bought a pair of sliders from this company about 3/4 years ago. Most comfortable footwear ever. Ordered another pair start of September to take on my holiday the first week of Oct. Sandals never arrived, sent email, replied all the usual sorry there's a problem with shipping blah blah. That's fine, things happen. When tracking the parcel it has apparently been from china to here and back, 8 times... I find that hard to believe.
It's is now the 13th NOVEMBER and I haven't even had so much as a sorry your parcel is delayed or nothing. I have now sent ANOTHER email to try and claim a refund.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, what way is this to run a business
