A big thank you to Bitmore and Ryan, for quickly resolving a problem I had with a 4 port USB charge unit which I purchased in November 2022.
The unit developed a fault and on contacting Bitmore, it was replaced promptly.

I had a problem with my purchase I contacted Bitmore with my issues battery only lasting minutes they replaced it within days of my contact with them and I now have a fully functioning camera so great customer service

I use this to attach my phone to my belt at work, it means I cannot drop my phone or leave it behind. It’s perfect, it stays in place for 12 hours but can be removed in an instant. I am replacing this product after my first one has eventually broken after months of heavy use. I have tried many other solutions from Amazon and even pop socket company but this is the most long lasting and effective way to attach a lanyard type thing to a phone.

I love Bitmore - it is the best!! Over the years, I've continued to buy their products because 1, they're innovative and interesting 2. I know i can rely on the product being brilliant (usually); or 3. if it isn't (rarely) i can rely on customer service to put things rights without fuss. Great company.

I needed help with an old model Bitmore Charge Card device. I sent an email to their customer services Sunday evening and received a reply Monday early morning asking for photo of my device. I sent this and received the information I requested the next day. This is excellent service. Unparalleled in my experience. Cannot thank them enough.

Bought some Bitmore wired headphones for ~£15. They lasted about 3 weeks before they broke - crackling sound and would autoplay / stop my music at random. A waste of money, not worth it.

My husband bought me some Aural pro ear buds which I had problems with. I reported this to Bitmore and the customer service was excellent. I received my new buds within a few days after giving all the necessary info. The work brilliantly, thank you, I’m so happy with them 😃

I bought a Bluetooth led pulse 5W speaker on a TUI flight. Unfortunately the speaker was faulty as no sound would play which was disappointing as I’d purposely bought the speaker to use on holiday. When I returned home I emailed Bitmore Customer Services and after providing some product information a replacement speaker was sent out to me. Ryan who handled my case provided great after sales customer care and all my emails were answered quickly. The whole process took just a couple of days. The new speaker is just what I wanted, small to take away, connects to my IPhone via Bluetooth so I can play my music and the sound quality is very good for such a small device. Can’t wait to take it on my next holiday :-)
