I had a problem with my rechargeable vape not charging so I contacted Bitandpieces and they were brilliant. I had to return the faulty item and once they received it they sent me out a new one, no hassle at all.

Poor customer service and courier
I purchased a couple of 5ml pods for the new Vaporesso Luxe XR a couple of weeks back and still not received anything. I have emailed Bitandpeices Vape about this issue and I have had no reply. Really poor customer service and as for Evri as a courier service 🙄 waste of time as this is not the first time with issues with this company.
Ive been left very disappointed as any other vape service I have had used I have not had any issues with. Maybe due to using a decent courier service.

No responsibility for the products they sell
I purchased a vape mod, that coincidentally became faulty two weeks after the warranty period.
When I raised this issue with them, the costumer service was polite in manners, but unwilling to take any responsibility for this and didn't even offer as much as a voucher.
After their response below I contacted them again, and they didn't even bother to respond, it's been 3 weeks.
