My vape device became faulty after just one week of use. When I contacted Vape to Door, they refused to refund me and instead offered a 50% discount on another purchase. I don't think it's reasonable to expect customers to spend more money when the original product has already failed.
The response felt dismissive of a legitimate issue, and I'm very disappointed with how the situation was handled.

They have now offered 100% compensation which I have agreed to I've been inconvenienced enough. I'm now looking for answers from the company to why my product was unsatisfactory?
Dan in costumer services was fair enough I just think that it would be better to not put any cost on me including post fees.

Simple ordering. Prompt delivery. Great flavour variety in the juices I ordered. It was my first time using these products. It made me realise how poor the vape juices I've been buying previously are.
Definitely going to buy more.

Top experience. From order to delivery. Even had WhatsApp messages to say low stock and offer replacement. This meant speedy delivery

Definitely won't be using this company anymore. Been a loyal customer for god knows how long and their service is just getting worse and worse by the week. Always a problem with delivery, they expect you the customer to remind them about a next day delivery order, because if you don't, even though you select and pay for next day delivery, they send it by second class, it arrives four days late, had to go to the shop and pay more morning because of their incompetence. No offer for refunds or compensation, just one pound off the next order. Bad customer service and most certainly one way to not retain customers. Happy to take the money but zero effort to offer loyalty compensation back.
