In reply to your reply to my review
1. I said it costs £80 for 2 dogs . This is not more than it actually -well 1p more 🙄( as you suggested )
2. I did email you and got some sub standard response
3. I don't want or need an activity tracker . I have a Tractive gps monitor for both my dogs already!
4. I don't want waggel dog insurance . I have Agria already - much better! I checked the reviews off waggel . Not good !
So . I'll be deleting this his app after buying my next voucher , as I believe are many of your loyal users . Seems to be a strange business move . Perhaps if you'd charged £10 per customer you may have made some money but with no customers I doubt you'll last . A shame really, as I really enjoyed using your app
I used to really enjoy using Biscuit and have been a subscriber since Nov '23. However the reward for a daily walk has dropped from 25 points to 5 unless you have specifically Waggle pet insurance in your own name. Our pet's Waggle insurance policy is in my wife's name and I now only get 5 points for our daily walks. There was no warning and it feels like they are armlocking you into having one particular brand of pet insurance in your own name. I am definitely not signing up to a subscription and will be using an alternative from now on. I feel really let down by this.

Very disappointed with the move to a subscription model, especially as the multidog price means I would be paying £8 a month to get a £10 voucher. It would have been better if the original rewards scheme was left as it was for free users, with a paid subscription for additional benefits, as longterm users now feel unappreciated.
Although I have had a fairly good experience recently, many people seem to have technical issues, which was tolerated as a free app but if you are paying, I can see that being very frustrating.
Biscuit have also introduced quests, and have remained unclear on the purpose of the stars you gain since they introduced them, however now appear to be rewarding people who got all 3 stars for each level in the past- it would have been nice to know that was a possibility in the first place!
Communication is inconsistent, with some users receiving updates or information days or weeks before other users- not sure why this needs to happen.
My biggest issue with the change is Biscuit basically refusing to engage in any discussion with disappointed users about the price introduction (in fact they introduced moderators to the Facebook group because they were unhappy with people voicing their frustration) but also refusing to consider other updates that have been requested by users- many people have asked for the afternoon walk quest times to be extended to allow them to start a walk after 6pm, especially in hot weather, but Biscuit has continued to repeat the same answer again and again that they don't want to encourage people to walk at night (based on feedback in beta testing). They don't appear to take on new updated feedback that people work and may need to walk their dog later and users are capable of making their own decisions of when it is safe to walk their dog.
I loved the original app, but sadly it seems like Biscuit are now looking to get as much money out of their users as they can, and don't seem keen to adapt the app to user feedback. Seems very one sided...
Used to be a good app, terrible now!
I just went onto biscuits to walk the dogs and the app has changed again. So logged onto it, when I did ALL my points and vouchers had GONE. 😳 This is an appalling site. U now can't even put in the progress badges to earn the points. It's now a complete con, which U have to pay for the privilege to use. DEFINITELY WON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. where's my vouchers? U r a disgrace.

Used to be 5 stars until they started charging you to earn the top amount of biscuits
It’s now not even financially practicable anymore
Not worth it anymore unfortunately. Used to rave about this app and use it loads. Now even if I paid the subscription ( which I am not going to ) it takes forever to build.
I get the app wants to make money but it would have lost so many customers in this process so they wont even be able to get the advertisement money. short sighted

The switch to a subscription model initially surprised me, but at just £3.99 a month (less than the cost of a coffee in London) it’s a fantastic deal.
Not only do I gain access to great rewards, but I also received a free PitPat device, adding significant value. Best of all, I’m rewarded far beyond the subscription cost for something I already do: walking my dog.

I have been using this app for a fair while now but corporate greed (the opposite of my morals) has got the better of them now and there is no incentive to continue.
I already have a Pitpat for both my dogs so do not need a "free" one. I renewed my Animal Friends insurance, because they did give an incentive to use that company but a month later that was removed. Also I recommended this app to several people who all signed up but I didn't receive the promised rewards. I'll finish saving up for my last voucher and then will delete the app.
Used to be a fantastic app, where I'd earn a coffee voucher every 6-8 weeks for walking my dog and tracking it. It gave me the incentive to be more active and I loved tracking our walks. Used to get up to 25 biscuits a day and around 575 biscuits for a Caffe Nero voucher.
Now they have taken a good thing and monetized it and it's pretty much pointless using it unless you want to pay £4 a month.
They've made it so you only earn 5 biscuits a day. So it will take you around 4 months to earn enough biscuits to even buy yourself a coffee. No incentive to use it anymore so I will probably delete it. A shame after a year of loving it but I guess corporate greed outweighs experience.
I loved this app when I started using it. The recent changes have completely ruined it ...earning only 5 biscuits a day it will take about 9 months to earn anything!! It's not worth the phone battery.
I'm going to cash in my rewards and then delete the app ...it's just not worth it anymore
Was good for the last few years, worth it but the recent update has spoilt it with adds and lowering the points system, so have to walk 5 times the amount now for the same rewards, probably sold out to some greedy scab, il be deleting this straight away. Thanks.
Used to be good but now it's gone down hill!! Unfortunately there's a lot of people who'll fall for the new model not realising there's nothing free in this world.. just basic arithmatic will tell you that .
Have used this app for 3 years now and have recommended it to so many dog walking friends…..not any more!
Have earned great rewards but now it is totally not worth the new subscription fee.
This was a horrendous business decision and whoever made it should be made to resign!
The amount of people who will, like me delete this app and now not be incentivised to buy through any links with their biscuits.
I have never ever seen a company lose so many customers in one hit. Shame on you.
Deleted and gone forever!
Upgraded Cassie to Biscuit Plus recently. Just received her new PitPat activity tracker, one of the many benefits included as part of the offer. So easy to link to my Biscuit account and now offers even more ways to keep Cassie active and earn rewards.

What an awesome app, I get to walk my dawg and have some many rewards, I've used this app for a while when it was free, the fact that with the £3.99 subscription I get a free £49 activity tracker to help me not only with my walks but track how much food I give my dog based on calories burned during the walks is truly Genius!!! And still earn my coffee!! Really good value for money

I joined Biscuit just over a year ago when I saw a video of someone recommending it on TikTok. I have a Hovawart and walk about six miles a day. To earn rewards for doing something I already do seemed like a no brainer. The App is easy to use, quite intuitive. There was some details to add during the registration process.
The hardest part of using the App is remembering to turn it on.
On a couple of occasions during the year it hasn’t tracked my walk, which was annoying but it’s only happened once or twice.
There was a time when it wouldn’t work properly. I emailed support and they responded quickly and we were able to sort it. It was an issue with my weak WiFi. So now I just make sure I’m on the mobile network when I activate it.
My walks have generated £200 in rewards further year.
In the past month it has become a paid subscription service. It still makes sense to use the App as the rewards outweigh the cost.

A great app with so much value-add for pet lovers like me!

Biscuit WAS great, you did earn 25 biscuits a day on the basic plan this has now been reduced to five biscuits a day.
now to earn 25 biscuits you have to spend £3.99 a month on an upgraded plan.
So if you are on the basic plan to get say a £10 M&S voucher you’ll need to log one hour a day walk for 233 days to get this voucher.
I’ve stopped using the app, my dog gets walked everyday anyway, using this app is no longer an incentive.
I've had this app for a couple of years and I've got to say the recent changes are not for the better. I earned 25 biscuits per day without subscription charges. Now I earn 5. I've no intention of taking out a subscription, the ads are driving me daft and I'm going to delete the account and remove the app once I've retrieved my voucher. Such a shame something so good has been spoiled
