What is great about this company is that they always answer their phone calls. Also you can reach them 24/7. Not many companies do this anymore. They processed my cancellation right away.

Easy process. My only complaint with Shop is that their shipping updates are rarely accurate.

The bottles are expensive and I didn’t see any improvement, I tried it for 6 months , so I think that is long enough to judge if it works or not and unfortunately it didn’t work for me

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

This review echoes some of the other reviews online, (so it was not just me). The return process is unbelievably Byzantine, inefficient, time consuming, redundant, and discouraging to say the least. Like some other reviewers, I also have string of emails trying to return a product because I did not want to be signed up for automatic delivery.
BIOVITALS is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to deal with.

Scam, Theives.

When you buy, you do not realize your are automatically singing up for a monthly subscription. Additionally, the syste does not allow you at all to manage your subscription. Your have to email Customer Service for that. Once you get in touch with them, they refuse to alter or cancel your membership. I have an email thread of 7 emails from them so far where they refuse to cancel my membership and keep offering me discounts instead.

SCAM AND CRAP

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD.
DON'T PURCHASE. THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY KEEP SENDING AND CHARGING ORDERS EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL. HAVE TO GO THROUGH CREDIT CARD DISPUTE .ALSO THE PRODUCT IS CRAP.

The customer cannot cancel auto renewal…

The customer cannot cancel auto renewal until he has received two shipments worth $120. This is stated in fine print. They entice you to sign up for auto renewal by offering a free bottle.
This is a scam, they know it is a scam.
Re: their reply: they do not offer refunds until you have received two auto renewals. This is a scam! Beware. Read their fine print hard-to-find cancellation policy before buying anything.

Unable to tolerate the ashwaganda side effects. Canceling my subscription has been a complete nightmare. They are doing everything possible to not cancel it even after multiple emails ( of course you can’t just cancel online). Will NEVER purchase from again due to this. Poor customer service!
