After reading some of the negative reviews, I was a little skeptical, but after placing my order I have had nothing short of a great experience with them. After contacting Sarah in customer service because my unit (10.5 touch screen CarPlay for BMW X5) was delayed in shipping she went out of her way to ensure me that it was on its way and even upgraded my order for the inconvenience. In reality it was only 2 days but I’m impatient…. When it arrived and I installed it and it looks and works amazing. All I can say is don’t get scared off from the less than great reviews. After all the only people who post reviews are usually angry and wouldn’t be happy with anything. Which is why I’m writing this review to make sure you give them a chance to prove it for yourself.

ESPECIALLY IF IT WAS PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED, FUNCTIONED GOOD FOR 6 MONTHS and THEN HAD AND EPIC FAILURE THAT COST ME $3400 TO FIX? STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU HAVE $$$ TO BURN!

When I saw the other reviews it was spot on to mine. Very rude Sarah customer service rep. Going back n fourth about my vehicle and sent pictures of what exactly was needed she insured my taillights would plug and play and guess what… they were all wrong. Still fighting 2 months later to sent this junk back and get my money. When I told them I would speak to a lawyer they panicked and said return label is on the way. Hopefully I am able to ship these and get my money back. Never buy from them. False advertising is all I can say

I ordered a full carbon fiber kit…

I recently ordered a full carbon fiber kit for my G82 M4 from BimmerPlug and couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish.

The quality of the carbon fiber is outstanding — clean weave, perfect fitment, and the finish looks factory-level. It completely transformed the look of the car and exceeded my expectations.

What really stood out was the customer support. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Never felt like I was in the dark or chasing anyone down for answers.

As for trustworthiness — they do exactly what they say they will. Product arrived as described, packaged well, and on time. That kind of reliability is hard to find in the aftermarket space.

If you're looking to upgrade your BMW with quality parts and a team that actually cares, BimmerPlug is the move. Already planning my next order.

I placed an order for a front splitter

I placed an order for a front splitter, they quoted me $100.00 for over night shipping. I paid the invoice. 3 hours later they tell be they want $400.00 more for shipping. I said no, we then agreed they would ship it 2 day air. Then they send me tracking for 3 day air. They then resend me a label for 2 day air. An hour later they cancel the order.
Stay away from these liars

If I could give Zero stars I would...

If I could give Zero stars I would. This company is a scam and complete disgrace to the car community. I've done plenty of retrofits over the years, but my experience with BimmerPlug's so-called custom 2021 LCI-style LED headlights and it was an absolute nightmare. The product is advertised as a direct plug-and-play upgrade,  yet the reality is buried in a tiny drop-down menu: hidden wiring and coding requirements that completely contradict the main page. The long customization wait time turned out to be nothing more than a drop-shipping delay; these lights were never customized at all. The lights were generic and incomplete. When asked for a wiring diagram; something any legitimate retrofit supplier should have ready, they couldn't provide one. Installation brought endless problems: adaptive headlight malfunctions, AFS errors, cornering light failures, and vertical aim issues. Even seasoned professional coders refused to touch the setup because of how poorly supported it was. Their so-called tech team was a joke. Every email sent asking for specifics was met with the same lazy reply: “Have it professionally done.” No diagrams, no coding help, no real expertise. To make matters worse, emails were ignored for days or weeks, dragging the ordeal past the 90-day dispute window. When a dispute was filed anyway, unbelievably, BimmerPlug won. The entire experience felt like a bait-and-switch backed by evasive customer service. I'm left with an expensive, barely functional set of headlights and weeks of wasted effort. Buyer beware: Don't trust the plug-and-play marketing, don't trust the influencers they sponsor, don't expect real support, and don't be surprised if delays leave you stuck with no recourse. Look at all the complaints In the forums and don’t fall for the fake reviews as some of the 5 star ones are possibly fake. They ask people to write a review for bonus free merchandise before the products are even shipped. What kind of company does that.

They delivered an exhaust tip that doesn't fit by the vehicle and are refusing a return; they are also ignoring my emails.

Since 2 months i wait now for a solution

This screen upgrade completely modernized the interior of my F30. The display is sharp, responsive, and integrates smoothly with the factory controls. Wireless CarPlay connects quickly every time and there’s no lag when switching apps. Install was straightforward with clear instructions, and everything works exactly like OEM.

IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH IT IS IN PROCESSING. I WANT TO JUST RETURN IT BUT I CANT RETURN TILL I GET IT THEN I WILL RETURN IT . I HAVE FOUND SO MANY LIKE SINCE I ORDERED FOR SO MUCH LESS. I HONESTLY WOULD PAY MORE TO ACTUALLY GET IT .THEY WILL TAKE IT BACK QND CHARGE YOU 25 Percent after waiting over a month. They even blocked my number .STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

They can’t even send the right parts and want to argue that the information provided was incorrect although the vin was supplied 5 separate times before shipping along with countless pictures of the vehicle. Huge waste of time! 4 month later I’m still fighting them

Amazing Customer Service

Fraud Company

Bimmer Plug removed our team without notice, refused to pay final salaries, and then blocked us from all communication. If they treat employees this way, customers should also be very cautious. Their products lack transparency and appear to be cheaply sourced — please think twice before buying from them.
Please don't buy from them, they are fake and purchase cheap stuff from China.

I’d give lower stars if I could

I’d give lower stars if I could! I ordered some yellow DRL’s for my G82 Longshore shore I didn’t need them in the end. I wanted to keep the factory white DRL‘s. This was after a day after I ordered them they were not shipped. I emailed them saying that I didn’t no longer want the product and to cancel it. They tried everything and anything to prolong it till it shipped so I couldn’t “return them. “ this place is a dropship company. Scam do not purchase anything from them.

This is the worst company I have ever…

This is the worst company I have ever delt with. They sent me a wrong part after waiting a month. When I got the runaround on the replacement because it was taking forever to get I asked for them to send a call tag to pick up the wrong part and refund me. The new one arrives and isn't the correct part either. It was not the correct one. Very limited in responses to emails. Needless to say I have 2 items that I don't want. It's not even about the money to me but more about the customer service which they have none.

Wish I would’ve read reviews about this dog water company. I ordered a CarPlay retro fit didn’t come with everything, emailed them to return it a month ago and finally heard back now I’m getting the run around instead of letting me just return it so I can forget about this terrible company and move on.

This company is absolutely awful

This company is absolutely awful. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They do not honor any returns and they drag their feet in responding to any type of inquiry. I had to make multiple requests to get an answer on my return request. Only for them to decline it! This is a brand new product never taken out of the box and they refuse to give me any type of money back for it. I tried to cancel the order before it was even shipped and they did not let me. In fact they shipped it the same day so that I could not cancel the order and had to wait for it to arrive. This company uses shady tactics in order to scam people. Please stay away and spend your money elsewhere. This company is dishonest and misleading. Will be telling everyone I know to stay far away
