Buying a second seat for grandmas car. Was a difficult decision but Hayley found us the best seat. Fitted it into the car and gave grandma a full demo and trial with putting baby in and out. Left really happy so thanks again!

Couldn't fault our experience with Hayley at Bijou Baby. I had so many conflicting opinions regarding which seat we should go for but the benefits of the seats were explained and it really put my mind at ease to see each of them in the car. Hayley met us between Southampton and our house as it was beyond the 30 miles, she brought 3 seats in different price ranges and we tried my son in each of them. I was concerned about legroom for my son and his dad who is often passenger so by seeing the seats at each stage of legroom extension and how much space was in front, we figured out which was the best option (not the seat I had intended to buy from reviews online either!) her patience and expertise were so helpful, my son loves his seat and I am comfortable knowing he has the space he didn't have previously with the safety of ERF. We'll be buying a second seat from Hayley in due course, highly recommend.

We booked a fit check with Hayley as we were concerned by daughter had outgrown her current seat. Hayley checked our current seat and also recommended some alternative seats and allowed us to try them to check suitability. Hayley was very patient, answered all of our questions and gave us brilliant advice and the pros and cons of other options. I’ve previously used Bijou Baby for repairs and bough through Hayley, I’ve never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

Having already done a lot of research and knowing essentially what we wanted but with a few questions Hayley was great. She went over all the concerns we may have with a bunch of different options and helped us settle on something that would cover our needs.

She helped fit and experiment with what we were looking at and after we were all done we went away with a purchase we feel is the right one for us.

Hayley was fantastic at helping us pick a new car seat. She knows her stuff and helps you pick the right seat and how to safely fit it in the car and make sure my son had the perfect fit. Would highly recommend.

I met with Hayley for my car seat consolation, she was very helpful with showing me the different seat I wanted to look and was happy to install them on the car for me so I could get and idea of space.

She was very patient with my 4year old as he did not enjoy car seat shopping at all but we got there in the end and decided on a seat that would work well for my son in my budget.

Would highly recommend Bijou Baby. Was easy to book an appointment and Hayley explained before it exactly where to meet. We had a tricky situation for car seats and Hayley was so helpful, tried different ones for us and explained our options. She was so helpful, informative and not at all pushy.

She didn’t have the exact one we decided on in stock to takeaway immediately but she ordered it for us and it arrived really quickly (ordered on the Monday arrived on the Wednesday).

She also showed us exactly how to fit everything properly including showing how to fit my daughter in the seat. Feel very happy that my baby is now super safe thanks to her advice and support.
