Big Bedding Australia Bewertungen

I would like to point out the fact that we were not notified when the delivery was made.
The package was left outside and we were not told that it had been delivered - probably the responsibility of the carrier not of the company.

Prompt delivery

Rating is based on misleading description not the quality of the product. Product description states as following, (Protect A Bed Glacier Polartex Jacquard
Fitted Waterproof Mattress & Pillow
Protectors) The catch is, that Pillow is inclusive in the post, I do understand that there is options to select pillow case protector and bed sizes, which made me assume the option is there if in case customers would like to add another pillow case protector, I also noticed the same pillow protector as a separate post on this website. Therefore I honestly don’t see the reason for pillow protector being added in the description of this post together with Mattress protector, based on all this my understanding to this particular purse I made that it would definitely include pillows protector, otherwise I don’t see why would it be a part of selecting option? As I wish to proceed with the pitches of mattresses protector queen size so I made my selection. Pillow protector case shouldn’t be in the description if it doesn’t come with it as post describes it. This issue misleads customers into believing that we are clearly getting Mattress & Pillow protector. Now you see where the confusion rises? (in the description of goods) I don’t understand why would there be seperate post just for pillow case? Easing this issue It has got nothing to do with change of mind, my point being is (false advertisement) Also reason I chose to make a purchase through Big Bedding Australia as it’s NDIS approved and I am one of their participants.

Please don’t hesitate to make a contact if needed.

I also addressed my issue through the email to you and got respond back as following;

Hi Danka,

The listing is for a mattress protector and you can also add on the pillow protectors as the in the listing it has them as options.

If you would like to return the items for a change of mind please send them back to
