After unpack-aging and inspecting the items are of Products are of really low quality, l repackaged them and now
customer service are refusing to accept them back for a refund which is a breach of the consumer laws.
Will escalte to the appopriate government body.

The product arrived two weeks late the wrong size and wrong colour. When I emailed nobody replied for a week. So I emailed back to the customer service who emailed about another faulty product sent to me. They were horrible. They threatened me in the email. It was the most awful service experience I’ve ever received . I will never shop with your company again. No clients of mine, friends or family will ever shop with you.
All you had to do was apologise for your mistake in sending me the wrong product and refund it.

After an error in dispatching my order, I contacted Big Bedding by telephone, stated the problem and all was resolved quickly and without cost to me.
The person I conversed with, was extremely easy to talk to, very helpful and polite.
The product is extremely well manufactured and is a delight to use. It also does a great job of keeping you warm!

Bought 10 bed sheet sets and 10 quilt cover embossed sets and they were all true to pictures. All nice, soft and elegant. Had one item missing and took less than 5mins to sort out via telecom and received it the next day via express. Beyond happy with product quality and customer service.

some of the part delivered was wrong size, the customer service was excellent, assisted with the issue, and replacing the whole bed with a new bed. Due to the inconvenience to us, the company will install the bed. It has been great experience dealing with them. Good quality bed for reasonable price. We are very happy with the service and the product.

Did not like that I never got any notifications on when they where delivering the bed or weither they had delivered the bed. Didnt offer to put the bed together had to put the bed together with out the gas struts as the gas struts got stuck. There was no contact number to call if you have problems putting the bed together. A lot needs to be improved. But the bed is very nice.

Had been online looking for a hemp duvet inner, searching all the retailers in NZ. They were all the same, same brand same prices. Took my shopping further afield, and found Big Bedding Australia. Amazing price, easy purchase and check out, and was absolutely blown away it only took two days to arrive! Can't ask for more than that! The duvet is perfect for winter, thanks team!
