I am seeking legal advice from Trading Standards,Citizens Advice and Consumer advisors in Daily Mail. Also credit card cashback.
I have been banging my head against the wall trying to explain that disabled people are PEOPLE. NOT SOMETHING TO DISCARD AS A NUISANCE.

In response to your reply , I can only say I don’t understand that you continue to bypass your responsibilities, firstly when I sent the video of my scooter front wheels lifting of the ground & the back wheels just spinning unable to mount the drop curb . Secondly I told you off cars passing me as I was trying to get of the road to safety . Your response was “sorry if you don’t like the scooter you could sell it on , there is a wide range of people wanting second hand scooters “ you did not acknowledge any danger or anxiety or health & safe to myself , you are. It concerned about the safety of people with disabilities or you would not suggest I sell it on. I also told you the tiller continues to loosen & fall on my lap even though you said you repaired it after only weeks of use.
I also told you I can not sell it on with honesty & integrity putting others at risk. No reponse from you .
I then sent a registered letter to you as I had spoken to consumer rights . I had no acknowledgment of receipt of my letter . You are now saying in your reply you no longer deal with Monarch , but sell your own scooters . This does not as the seller release you from responsibility as you misrepresented the sale of the Genie ultra light by not specifying that it was only suitable for indoor use only.
I would ask you again as I have now had to purchase another scooter & have £1,700 sitting in a garage only7 months old . That you offer some compensation at the very least but also acknowledge the fault on this light weight scooter . You must have some concerns with the make as you say you are no longer selling Monarch scooters . Until a resolution is found I can only say your company is not one I would advise others to purchase from due to my experience of lack customer service & lack of Conern for safety of a disabled person .

Well, Ive had my Ren 2.0 past the 14 day trial period now and its made the world of difference! Even though opportunity has been limited thanks to the good old weather, I have been out and about more often and now find my local Aldi is within my range! I love the feel of the Ren and I'm also impressed with ease of fold-up and lack of storage space needed.
Betty and Bertie have been patient from the off, without being pushy for a sale, and each question I have asked has been met with more than an answer, more solution. I can only recommend the company and my mobility solution and thank everyone involved in my purchase.
I would make the same decision again, thank you.

I struggled a little withe the payment as it kept bringing up 2 scoters properly my folt but got there in the end looking forward to delivery 🚚 have lots of underlying problems hopefully this will get me mobile again

This company are great to deal with and the Ren scooter has transformed our lives! My husband has used one for a couple of years now, this followed a few years of him missing out and staying home. He is now back in the middle of the family walks with the dogs and the addition of 2 new prams! Happy days have returned. Thank you Betty & Bertie!
