After an oversight we ordered our trophies and medals on wed 5th Aug 2015 pm and needed a delivery date of 7th Aug 2015. Tower did not spend time saying what they couldnt do especially we had not given them sufficent time.

No Tower assured us they would see what they could do and that we would have our medals for our sports day.

I was kept abreast of where my order was with confirmation of when it was delivedred and who signed for it.

Let down last minute by a local supplier and discover tower trophies through a Google search. Only place that stated could deliver in five days with engravings. Simple online forms for engravings
Put order through and was contacted by them to inform me that one item was not in stock but they had a suitable replacement if I was happy with that.
Went for speedy delivery and all trophies landed in 3 days.
Very happy with quality of items and the presentation was a success.

Wanted to puchase something special for an 8 year old boy who, despite many problems, had made fantastic progress. I hit on the idea of a trophy but many were related to sport or a specif area. The 'Star Trophy' I orderded from Tower Trophies arrived very well packaged, great communication regarding delivery, and was of a good quality with likewise engraving. There was a light problem which was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company or using them again. The final recommendation is that the little boy is absolutely thrilled and apparently took it into his school for 'show and tell' and has been showing it off to everyone!!

Have used this company many times, and service seems to get better every time. I required some special trophies for our presentation night at short notice and they did everything to make sure we had some very happy children.
