On this particular occasion the payment system crashed and despite my waiting for a three attempt reboot, which took over 15 minutes, I still could not purchase my currency so a disappointing experience as missed 2 trains to commute home and still had to leave without my pre ordered currency.

They only hold your currency for 1 day
I used to always go to this place for my currency. But now they’ve gone downhill. They only hold your currency for one business day. I got an email Friday saying my currency was ready. So I went on Monday and they had already sent my currency back. Waste of time.

I would have given 5* if I wasn't asked to pay for the extra envelope !!
I bought 2 different currencies as a gift for my grandchildren and was told I would have to pay for separate envelopes !!

Holiday money
Orderedmy currency on line, was very easy. Arrived at the shop to a very pleasant young man. I was getting euros and asked for notes to the value of 20. This was not a problem. Great service and will go back. All I would say is to book on line rather than go straight to shop as you get a better rate on line

I have used BestForeignExchange for many years and always found them straight forward and easy to deal with.
This time was the usual easy procedure and the man in the office was polite and friendly unlike, sadly, a previous time in Sept this year when the person was surly and rude.
I have to say only once did I find the person behind the desk unhelpful and it seems this man has been replaced.
