They provided my Peru Sols currency within 24 hrs during the Xmas festive season when the Post office could not. I requested my Peru currency online and I immediately got a phone call to say that my order had been received and they were processing it and to look out for a text message tomorrow. I got a text message the next morning and collected my currency the next day within 24 hrs. Excellent work and Thank you so much.

I ordered Euros and Czech korunas online to be collected today (Sunday) at Strand branch, I even got an email and text message confirming my order is ready to be collected and branch will be opened until 16:00, however, upon arrival at 13:00 to collect my currencies the branch was
closed with a notice on locked door saying store be closed until 13:25. I assume its for staff lunch break which is understandable, but the lunch break closing times could have been clearly mentioned in the email and Text message, which was not so I could have schedule my travel plans accordingly, but they never did, appalling.
