I ordered a medium size ant farm and ants for my 15 year old son. Thye cane so quickly, well packaged and clear instructions for how to assemble. My son has additional needs and worries a lot but each time he had a question, Pat and team responded super quickly with great advice. Amazing support thank you

Prompt delivery, Ants healthy and had a new worker hatch in 8 days so was well established. Good Service, they will resolve any issues that arise that is there responsibility if they arrive. Will use again.

Absolutely amazing, customer service is top quality,. The ants arrived healthy with a lot of brood. I highly recommend this company! Truly amazing.

Best Ants UK have been really helpful to me, an individual new to the hobby, Pat gives honest advice that is best for the ants, not necessarily what will get the most money, so you just know that the advice is the best possible for success of your ant colony, I've had a few issues and Pat has been helping me with finding solutions which aren't always obvious to a new individual in the ant hobby. Theres a great range of items (for decent prices, an important factor for me as a student) and every piece of general advice/knowledge you could need, any specific issues are answered with a quick email to them, 10/10 service and I'm glad I found their website.

Having done a lot of searching online for a one-stop-shop supplier of all things "Ants", I was very glad to come across Best Ants UK. They have lots of different options of formicarium (which are great quality), lots of different species of Ants in stock and some great accessories. As a beginner to the Ant-Keeping hobby, their website has been an absolute goldmine of practical and interesting information to help me get started. Delivery has been prompt and their customer service has been first-class; with Pat being really helpful when I've had a couple queries. I would definitely recommend them.

Just ordered a carabara diversa colony from this seller and couldn't be more pleased with my purchase 🙌 not only was the queen and workers wrapped up snug as a bug but also a free gift so truly grateful for them for doing that because they just simply didn't have to , will always buy ants from these sellers and I'm just so very very pleased 😊

Brilliant ant housing very good quality and fast delivery kept me posted throughout couldn’t be happier item came with lots of extras

My 9 year old son has been fascinated by ants for a couple of years now, watching hours upon hours of YouTube videos on their life cycle, habitats, feeding, all sorts! He tended to an ant colony in our compost heap which he loved!!

He wanted to bring them inside, but realised that he would need a queen so we began to look online to find a way of him having his own little colony in his room.

We came across you guys and went ahead and bought some black ants 🐜. My son is absolutely besotted with Antoinette (his queen) and her brood!

Amazing service everything came amazing nothing was broken there was instructions and constant support throught there WhatsApp amazing company 10/10

Great purchase. Ants all alive and already getting to work in their new home. Seller was extremely quick to deliver and we are very happy customers. Thanks

Amazing customer service! Very kind and helpful, replied quickly. Would highly recommend and will be purchasing from them again in the future!

What a dedicated and helpful team. Desperate parent trying to keep ants alive and well before the big reveal on Christmas Day. The ants and ant farm arrived in perfect condition - it hadn’t occurred to me that I’d be responsible for them for a couple of weeks before handing them over. Pat and the Best Ants team were immediately on hand to explain what I needed to do. We’re going to have a very happy boy come Christmas morning. Thank you.
