Our 9 year old son is obsessed with ants and has been asking to grow his own ant colony for a few years, he's done lots of research and we finally agreed on the Auntie by Best Ants UK. Our order arrived quickly in perfect condition with everything you would need and our son was able to use the online guidance to set up the nest and outer world with our support and to check the ants before letting them rest for 5 days. After the 5 days the ants tube was attached and we started to see some ants moving around the outer world and we are just waiting for the queen to move through to the nest. This has been a fantastic purchase and we are so pleased for our son as he saved his own money and he's had such a wonderful experience so far, Thank you.

Very very well run business. Website is very helpful. Queen ant arrived with her workers looking very healthy and they are doing what ants do. The ant nest and out world look really well made and professional. This is my daughter’s first ant colony and I can’t comment on other sites but would definitely recommend Bestantsuk.

I’ve started my ant journey and I’ve had a few problems along the way. But their service is top tier 10/10, their quick on replies and know how to reply to people as if they’re human and not robots and have answers to all your problems. I didn’t know you was meant to add water in the humidity chamber until water drips out and they gave me the information that that’s what your meant to do. Without them my colony probably would've died. So I’m very grateful for Pat S that works at best ants uk and replies to all the emails.

This is not just the best customer service I have received from an Ant company, but some of the best I have ever received full stop.

Before we purchased we reached out to ask some questions and had a response in no time at all, offering more than we asked for, always with the offer to help further.

Then once we had our ants at home, there were some complications on our part - once again when asked we were offered more support than we could have possibly wished for.
