Shipping was faster than expected
Shipping was faster than expected. I ordered a stereo for my Toyota Sienna and it works as it should. The only problem was the mounting brackets that came with the unit were beat to hell and back. I was able to bend them into place where they should be so I could install the new unit.

Very good company. They have almost everything. I bought a part online after speaking to someone there and verified that was the right part. Wrong part was sent, but they fixed the issue immediately. GREAT customer service.

Parts inventory
I think they need to do a little better job on keeping close tabs on their inventory I drove two and a half hours one way to pick up a part that they was supposed to have ready for me and no one could find it I wasted a whole day day off of work and $50 in gas all for nothing. You would think they'd have Parts pulled and ready for somebody when they show up that way the customers transaction is fast and easy. That way if they couldn't find a part they could notify the customer before the customer waste their time getting there. It's just good customer service.

Excellent service
Excellent service. I needed a 4.2 liter motor for my 2006 ford truck. Ordered it on their web site on a Sunday night, received a call from them the following day - that motor was not available (web site in process of being revised and updated). They helped me find another motor, and followed up with calls as to when ready, and then to verify I had received what I ordered. While I hope I never need their service again, you can be sure if I do I will shop at Besslers first.
