Service was good

I was sold a bad part, once installed in the vehicle, it would barely drive. Differential was bad, as evidenced by the chunks that came out when I removed the fresh fluid. Emailed the seller through 2 platforms and never received a response. Worst salvage yard I have ever dealt with. I drove a 4 hour round trip for nothing and wasted money. Horrible experience.

Good Communication / Parts as advertised.

Very fast turn-a-around. Ordered a tail light on Sunday, it shipped on Monday and was received on Tuesday. Was in great shape. Their grade was the part was spot on, an A.

Part I bought said it was in my location but it was in another state so had to cancel order and get refund took a while to get help from staff and one was cussing in a office next to the front door

What I needed, fair price, good service.

I ordered a rear axle on line from them. Never got it. I called several times with no reply. Adam from Besslers reached out me to explain the unfortunate series of events that created this mess and did his best to make it right. I use Besslers in Hebron a lot and never had an issue so I will consider this an anomaly.

Been over a week still haven't received the door I bought on line ,the web page says 24-48 hours starting to ythink its whenever someone gets around it ?

Right part, fair price. I was a bit surprised that parts had to be ordered in advance by phone or on-line. I've been buying used parts for 40+ years and this is new to me, but it worked well once I figured it out.

The website is easy to navigate and the part showed up quickly and was correct for my vehicle.
