Great sun shade. It is not at all rainproof but doesn't claim to be. However, my previous umbrellas have also been good rain guards so I am somewhat disappointed in my choice. It absorbs the wind as promised but is noisy and clacking when it does. It goes up and down easily and turns sideways easily. However, the construction instructions are not detailed enough. Make sure the pedal faces front, the short base has the screw hole at the back, and note that the "base screws cover" is not symmetric - the main pole is smaller in front. It takes two to put the heavy brolly onto its stand. However, once up, it is easy and light to use.The site encouraged me to buy a cover for winter but the product details say "do not cover" but store in a dry place like a shed or garage. This is never going to happen. It is enormous and very heavy and I am never going to lift it off its stand again if I can help it! It will be covered. I also ordered the four bases and one of them arrived with no cap and one of them leaked. It is now filled with sand. But overall, I like its look and functionality.

Just amazing I’m on a fourth floor large terrace high winds and it works perfectly just like the adds so I’m now going to buy a further 3 for my wedding venue which is coastal and again very windy

I ordered the 4 x 3 parasol, cover and base. Everything turned up as expected, however when i filled the base with water 3 of the 4 bases leaked. Belveo were quick to replace them. I had a garden party and the parasol worked perfectly. Very happy!

The delivery was early ! The parasol (and the subsequent cover) is a very good product. Easy to assemble. I did it in just under 45 minutes. We got a separate Standish wheels. Would recommend filling it with sand and not water. Got a 25kg bag of sand from B&Q and that has done the job very well. Thank you

The 4m x 3m parasol seems well designed and manufactured. The customer service from Belveo is excellent and they are passionate about their products.

The umbrella came in several different packages at different times and eventually 2 umbrellas showed up. I was then called and told to keep the extra cover that was sent but then told that the whole thing had to go back. The customer support people are very helpful but I had to re package the goods as they had been left outside my house by the courier in the rain.

Products were delivered in a timely fashion with a hiccup due to delivery company resolved quickly. Communications with the customer service was quick, concise and very positive.

The Cantilevered Parasol from Belveo is a triumph in design and functionality. Enduring our hill's frequent winds, it remains steadfast, offering peace of mind with no risk to our kid's safety. It arrived with a slight transit blemish on the base, but Belveo's customer service team quickly rectified it. I contemplated cheaper options from B&Q and similar outlets, but I'm delighted that I opted for Belveo. The superior quality and ease of use have transformed our outdoor space into a year-round haven, irrespective of wind or rain. Heartily recommended for those seeking an upgrade in their outdoor experience!

Delivered on time very well made and easy to erect

I had to send my patio base back. A lady called Louise kept in contact with me by email and phone, kept me up to date until I got a replacement. All I need now is some good weather so I can use my mistral parasol. Thank you Louise keep up the good work.
