What a con! Advertise as an online UK based company selling luxury Italian designer wear at a reasonable price. Reality is cheap crap from China! I bought Item sold as GIALLI, but no label in the jacket. Cheaply made and 2 weeks delivery. Surely this type of deception is fraud?

Never have I known a company like this!

Unwanted order as the size doesn’t fit and the quality is shocking.

They are refusing to give me a return address and refund after numerous emails they give me some stupid options.

Avoid this joke of a company at all cost!

Really not impressed with the quality of the clothes and customers service is awful, I am trying to get the return address and they don’t give it to me. Oder took forever to arrive and only part has actually arrived.

This so called company Bello Lux to me is just a scam selling cheap products from China. Also advertise under different names. Ordered from a company called Jones of London they were advertising same products as Bello Lux they were just cheap products from China nothing like what was advertised.Buyer beware of them they are conning you.

Where do I start with this Bello Lux company except they are rip off merchants! Their company is based in London but the clothing are all from China. Cheap quality ones! I ordered 2 coats, 1 for just under £63 & the other for £36. Both are not even close as described by them. Winter coats? Ha! That's a joke! I can still feel the coldness in them. If only I read the reviews before parting with my money. If I wanted cheap quality ones I should have just shopped from Shein or Temu and paid way less than £98. These lot really are a joke. Please stay clear from this company at all costs!!!!

Recieved items today. 2 shirts n 2 jackets. 1star quality. Best place is the bin which is where they are. At least it was only 150 spend. Ad said london store closing down. It came from china. Stay away do not use, FB should be ashame of fault advisement.

I ordered a Bomber type jacket in Extra Large (LX),
what was delivered from Bello-Lux at Uxbridge Middx was a jacket which was wrongly size labeled, it was Small, the sleeves didn't go past my elbows, the quality was also cheap.
I returned the item by TNT courier tracked at my own expense, to the sender address on the delivery packaging, I have proof that the parcel was received and signed for in excellent condition by the sender Bello- Lux have refused to refund the purchase price and Tess has stated that I should have returned the item to China.! instead of Uxbridge
nothing in their terms and condition or packaging states that incorrectly sized garments ordered have to be returned to China and no address is provided.
Bello-Lux have the garment and I am seriously out of pocket. My advise is steer clear !!

If I could give no stars I would. Clothing of poor quality, return policy is to send it to China at my cost. This is an absolute scam.
Don't use them.
Going to dispute it with Paypal.

Refund was only offered after posting on this site. Posting back to China if £25 plus.

Shocking returns policy. Sweater is really poor quality and the return option is for the customer to send back to China all at my cost. I have gone back through my credit card company for a refund.
