A friend ordered some earrings for my daughter. They have not arrived and Royal Mail sent a proof of delivery photo of the item being delivered to someone who is not us and we have no idea who or where this is. The seller advised my friend that it is nothing to do with them and as far as they are concerned the item has been delivered. Was sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery. I would advise avoid buying from this company as very poor customer service.

Thank you for your reply. We managed to resolve this ourselves with much stress to both my friend and I. My friend did contact you specifically regarding this issue so you will have her email details and order number. As I said, I would not recommend this company as very poor customer service.

I am OBSESSED with my new rings! 💍✨ I recently got the Yara Ring and the Eternity Ring, and they are both absolutely stunning!! The Yara Ring is the perfect travel ring – it sparkles like crazy and looks just as gorgeous as my more expensive pieces. The shine is unreal, and I love how the stones catch the light every time I move my hand🥹. the customer service was AMAZING! The customer service was great, I had a question about sizing, and they responded so quickly and were super helpful. They even followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase!

Beautiful ring to start with, after few days the gem went blurry and according to their policy they don’t do refund or return if the tag is not on. I am sure this policy was created in regards to their bad quality products so they don’t lose money but the customers do. They should be ashamed!

Got my girlfriend a Yara ring with my name engraved on it, engraving added to the delivery date but it still came very fast, my girlfriend and I are very pleased and obsessed with the result of the ring I bought her. 10/10 start. No cap the ring for real glistening. 🙏❤️
