Beautiful and stunning house sign
Erin was exceptional from the time I placed my through to its delivery. Fantastic service, stunning design and brilliant quality.
I had to force my hubby to put it on the day we received it (and you can tell I am using his profile to post this message :-)). So happy with how it compliments the front of the house.

I placed my order on 07/04/2023 and order was not fulfilled until 23/06/2023.
She gives a 2-8 week time frame.
I had to chase up my order at the end of May and was told it would be sent out by the end of the week.
I chased my order again mid June and she said she would check with Royal Mail. I asked for a tracking number and she failed to provide me with this.
I have checked with Royal Mail myself and items sent out 1st class do actually have tracking numbers. You just can’t track where the item is.
The fact that she couldn’t provide me with a tracking number makes me think my order was actually missed.
A replacement was sent out again and received 23rd June 2023
Time frame is far too long for these products. If you can’t fulfil orders between 2-8 weeks, change your time frame and let customers know.
If you claim you are a small business and can’t keep up with orders then look into hiring staff as I can see, I am not the only customer with missing delivery, or consider changing your delivery providers.

Your parcel which unfortunately was lost within the mail was posted out to you within my 2-8 week lead time with Royal Mail.
Once a parcel has been posted it is out of my possession and Royal Mail are now responsible for this parecl, if this gets lost within the mail there is absolutely nothing I can do about this situation as it is completely out of my control. When this unfortunate situation occurs I can either refund your order or replace your parcel which I have done so. I do understand that this replacement was posted to you outside my lead time however that is what you have requested. “If this is lost, I would love a replacement sent out please” - you where aware at the time of requesting this that this replacement would be received outside lead time.
As you have stated in your review, You have requested from me on multiple occasions a “tracking number”, Royal Mail 1st class signed for method of postage is NOT tracked. There is a reference number which provides the sender with delivery confirmation and signature but there is no tracking whatsoever to this service. I can see I clearly explained this to you at the time via Instagram messenger.
UK post office website states “ Royal Mail Signed For® and 1st and 2nd Class parcel services aren't tracked throughout their journey. They provide the sender with online delivery confirmation.“ - www.postoffice.co.uk
Both postal receipts are in my possession so please feel free to get in touch at any time to see both of these proof of postage as I have offered to show you previously.
I have tried other delivery services such as fastway and yodel direct, both more expensive with equal issues, regarding hiring of staff - I do not have the facilities at my family home to have staff coming in and out, this is a small business and I would like to keep it that way, my products are handmade and unique and that’s what makes them special and attractive to so many customers. When orders get too much to handle I stop my adds and stop taking orders accordingly.

Beautiful products
I couldn’t be happier with my sign! It’s finished to a very high standard and looks as beautiful now as the day I put it up around 8 months ago.
Erin was very helpful when I was unsure of which colours to choose replied to all my queries within 24 hours.

Quality Signs
Excellent service, easy to follow website when ordering and the quality of the signs are amazing. I would highly recommend. They do take up to eight weeks, but it is worth the wait.
