Amazing bed, quick delivery and helpful customer services. Got my beautiful new bed within a week too, which is a lot less time than they estimated! Definitely recommend.

Bed was shown to be in stock and available for next day delivery...
Next day received an email to say it’s out of stock and won’t be back in untill a months time...
But on the upside they did get in touch fast to let me know and offered a refund right away.

I bought a double ottoman divan with headboard. I received a call asking if I would like them matching. Lovely touch. Delivered very quickly. Kept informed by the delivery company too so a very smooth operation. Great quality and value for money. I was so pleased with the product that I ordered a king size for my bedroom. Again excellent quality and value for money.

Received the bed minus a runner on one of the drawers (so it doesn't close properly) I called Beds Direct straightaway and was told that in ten years this had never happened before would I send a picture, I did so and called back, and the gentleman I spoke to agreed, the drawer had clearly never had a runner on it. As he was putting the phone down on me the gentleman told me he "would sort it"
That conversation took place on March 23rd. I'm still waiting...

Good service, quick delivery.
However there is a fault with the bed which we have contacted customer services about.
Difficulty with payment on the website, transaction processed 3x with error message displayed every time. However, polite sales assistant contacted me first thing the following morning to discuss and refunded necessary payment.

Didnt have product in stock but was quick to arrange refund with good communication and update information.

Good website backed up by a first class delivery service.

I ordered and paid for a bed frame, and waited in anticipation for it to arrive.
I made room for it, dismantled my bed etc. They advertise next day delivery, I ordered on line on Saturday, so after three working days and not hearing anything from them, I emailed my concerns to them, their reply was ' I was just about to email you, as the bed frame is out of stock' and I got refunded..
Now then, I did mention to the lady that the bed is still advertised on the Beds Direct website and she said she would get on to them and get it taken off. This was 9 days ago and I have just looked and, Oh dear it is still advertised as in stock! So I wonder how many other people are being let down by this unreliable company? I have since ordered a similar bed frame at extra cost but from a reputable company, and Tomorrow night I shall be sleeping in it.......The End

We bought our bed on line over a year ago and have been extremely happy with the quality the service and delivery from start to finish the ordering and delivery was easy and on time. We would confidently recommend this service and product to anyone.

Had marks where plastic wrapping had be caught, poor transport or packaging,poor excuse for latex. would not even call it latex more like just normal foam.

I ordered a guest bed Feb2017.
Order arrived on time and goods arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.
We have had the bed for a year now and the bed gets used regularly by family and friends when they stay over.
By all accounts it’s very comfortable.
Beds direct had the lowest price for this bed which was available from other retailers with bigger names online.
Nice people to do business with.

Ordered a metal headboard from these it was well packaged and looks good. The online process was really easy and delivery was excellent arrived quicker than I was expecting and on a sunday. They rang on day of delivery to let me know when to expect them and even offered to take upstairs for me. Will definitely use them again should I need anything.
