Placed my order and choose the most expensive delivery option which was Shetland because we live in Caithness, order went through to then receive an email stating they don’t deliver to Caithness, not impressed

Great service and delivery. Great bed easy to assemble .fantastic value for money. Looks perfect in our bedroom. In fact ordering another but king size.

The bed arrived in good time and as stated. There was not an invoice with the packaging. It was not possible to log out of the website. We have not yet put up the bed so can’t comment on it at the moment.

Very pleased with the urban headboard I ordered. from beds direct Uk. Delivery was excellent service with regular updates to let me know the time of delivery on the day. I would highly recommend this firm .

Even though the item is in there site and we paid for the bed the next day I received an email saying that the item is no longer produced. Hope they would refund me full.

I’ve ordered a bed frame and after a day I received an email saying it’s no longer available but on the website still it appears as available

Bed was ordered in November but not delivered til the middle of January. Delivery date changed at the last minute on the day after I had taken the time off work to be home for it. When product did arrive, instructions didn’t match the bed supplied and there was not the correct number of screws to put the bed together. Very poor.

Cheapest... and great service! I bought two mattresses based on price and the web site was easy to navigate / complete order. Had a call a day or so later to confirm delivery date. Very happy!

Good customer service but not good website due to website and factories in Italy doesn’t match together.

Delivery was a day later than expected but quick response when I emailed. Delivery people were good and rang me when they arrived so I could meet them and take delivery.

Bought and paid, then on delivery day I get an email stating item out of stock. This company left me in the lurch before and over Christmas - THANK YOU!!
Why arrange delivery and then let your customers down?? To add insult I had to chase the refund of which I was told would be with me immediately, however this did not clear with PayPal until a week later... THANK YOU AGAIN!!
My overall opinion.. unreliable, terrible communication and inattentive to customer needs
Pay that bit more, buy elsewhere.. good service, communication and reliability are a must - there are other companies out there that are more than happy to supply the basics of customer service!!

My bed came and it did not fit together they picked it up with the promise of a refund less £40 for collection since then I cannot get hold of them - so no bed and no money

Have ordered off here before no problems, this time was really stressful, was only available to accept a delivery on certain days and on 3 occasions they offered me days that I could not do (said they only deliver in my area on certain days) in the end I told them if they couldn’t deliver on those days then I will have my money back and shop elsewhere, low and behold they managed to deliver on days that I was available

Excellent service and excellent product for the money paid. Delivery arrived on time. Would highly recommend
