From start to finish the whole experience of shopping here was fantastic. Plenty of ideas and suggestions and settling on a wonderful piece of jewellery for a special person.

The assistant was very helpful. I also enjoyed the coffee 😀.

When you are looking for jewellery in Beaverbrooks you’re invited to take a comfortable seat and offered a tea or coffee. The staff are always very helpful and bring your selection of jewellery to you to try on. There is never any rush and no pressure to purchase. This makes for a very enjoyable shopping experience.

I came in prior to a birthday as I knew I was going to get vouchers for my birthday and I wanted to plan what I was going to get. The young lady (can’t remember her name) spent a lot of time choosing a ring and a necklace for me. I had set ideas and the items needed to go with existing jewellery. Her advice was invaluable. I chose 3 pieces and put down a deposit and picked up the pieces after my birthday. Very happy with the service, the price and the items.

We had such a lovely experience and we will never forget it. The lady who took care of us was absolutely adorable and understood straight away who we were, what we wanted and what we could afford. We highly recommend the branch in bluewater, it will always be our first jewellery shop to go to.

Staff helpful in Bluewater shop, however they don't stock the watch in the particular branch they did offer to order it in which would take a couple of days,.but we decided to just order online with the same time frame or next day.

Fantastic service! Aaliyah was incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive to my needs. I visited with my daughter, who was also impressed by Aaliyah’s warm hospitality while I was shopping.
