Overall satisfied with the mattress
The bed is super comfortable at first but over time I realized it’s not as “plush” as I would have wanted. I still give the mattress 4 stars because I’m probably just being picky. Also, I’m sure the level 4 plush mattress would’ve been exactly what I wanted instead of the level 3, but I thought I spent enough $. Delivery went smoothly. The delivery people were in and out in no time.

Excellent customer service
The mattress did not wear well. We're sure it was probably an anomaly, since Beautyrest replaced it. The store we bought our mattress from had closed. We notified Beautyrest and followed their directions. They delivered a new mattress and removed the old one.

Comfort of bed
The buying process is good.
However, this is my 3rd new beutyrest in 3 months, cause I returned other 2 for comfort reasons.
I upgraded on this one to black series 3, double the price of the others.
To me not worth the price tag.
For a 4800 bed it should feel good right out if gate.
I don't buy that 30 to 60 day break in period.
This seems no better than a Walmart bed. Probably Will return as well, no more beutyrest beds for me!
I previously had a steam and foster, liked from day one, should have stuck with that brand.

The mattress is not firm, and it is sagging. I don’t think it is a great product/ Client service the warranty.

When it came time for me to receive my 30% cash back offer through Rakuten you refused to acknowledge my purchase so I received nothing . I only purchased this because of the cash back offer. Terrible mattress I’m only 80 days in…
Terrible mattress I’m only 80 days in and I’m stuck with it since I returned the last beauty rest mattress that was sinking as well as this one is starting to sink and the company won’t let me exchange for another beauty rest mattress.
Save your money and go somewhere else I promise you will regret it.
They are not the old beauty rest mattress like back in the day

Ordering through beautyrest.com is awesome a lot easier than dealing with the stores and the customer service is too notch! Also the 100 night sleep trial is awesome too! I got the series 1 plush Queen size the mattress is beautiful
Unfortunately for me I think it was to firm for me, I am going to do more research, possibly try different ones in stores and then reorder through beautyrest.com. It would be nice if they had their own store to try all the mattresses they sell staffed with people who can help you find the right mattress for you.
