We Only waited a week for delivery…
We Only waited a week for delivery which was free .and the crew were on time polite and very proffsional in all that they did.the build was also free which made change from other companys that we looked at on line . The crew left the site clean and tidy. We were very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. We would gladly recomend them to anyone.

Hi we had ordered beast sheds 1st April What a good of company is, highly recommend. We needed a new shed to storage we weren't given much notice. The lovely team bent over backwards to turn our order round really quickly and the delivery team started early so that they could deliver and install our shed before starting their already full day of deliveries. Dont expect help with any issues
Overall the shed is good quality - but if you get an issue then forget getting any help or assistance. I bought a shed in late 2025 but began to notice the roof was damp inside in one area and dripping after heavy rain causing things to go mouldy inside the shed - I contacted Beast Sheds to resolve the issue - Chelsea who replied to my email said " It was capillary action " moving along the wood " and was not a fault of their workmanship - hence they would not be out to fix it
Well to me that means that a job is not done correctly in the first place and the roof felt not covering the ends of the wood or incorrectly installed - a substandard job. If you buy a shed and there are issues do not expect any help - would I recommend ? not based on my experience

From what you’ve described, the issue is consistent with **capillary action**. This is a natural process where moisture can travel through or along porous materials such as timber, particularly during periods of prolonged or heavy rainfall. As timber is a breathable material, it can absorb and transfer moisture in certain environmental conditions.
We would also note that the late 2025 period saw particularly prolonged and heavy wet weather conditions, which can increase moisture exposure and contribute to situations such as this.
We would like to reassure you that this does not indicate a fault with the workmanship or installation. Our sheds are built and installed in line with industry standards, including the correct fitting of roofing felt to protect against direct water ingress.
To help reduce the likelihood of moisture build-up, we recommend increasing ventilation within the shed (for example by adding vents), opening windows and doors when conditions are dry, avoiding storing items directly against the walls or roof panels, and applying appropriate timber treatments where necessary.
We do appreciate your comments regarding aftercare and will take this feedback on board as we are always looking to improve our customer experience.

Disappointed.
I had a Beast Shed delivered and installed on 18 December at a cost of over £6,400. Unfortunately the installation was extremely careless. Screws and tacks were left scattered everywhere — on the shed floor, across my driveway, in my garden and even out in the road. This was not a small pile as if something had been dropped, but debris spread across the whole area.
I contacted the company immediately because a young dog staying with me was found playing with a tack, which could easily have resulted in a life-threatening emergency if swallowed. I also suffered a puncture caused by one of the tacks. The company apologised and paid for the tyre.
Despite several attempts to clear the area myself, I have since had three further slow punctures, which strongly suggests more debris was left behind after installation.
To make matters worse, the seal on all four of the windows has already come away after just three months.
For a product costing over £6,400 both the standard of installation and the early quality issues are extremely disappointing. I would not expect to be dealing with tyre damage, safety risks and failing window seals so soon after purchase.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about your installation. Following your initial contact, we responded promptly and took responsibility for the tyre issue you reported at the time, which was resolved directly.
In relation to the points raised, we would clarify that all installation sites are cleared on completion. However, as with any construction or assembly process, we always advise customers to carry out a final visual check of the surrounding area, particularly where driveways, gravel or external surfaces are involved.
Regarding the window seals, the appearance shown is consistent with movement or variation caused by an uneven or non-uniform base. Where a base is not perfectly level, this can transfer through the structure and affect how trims and seals present over time. This is not indicative of a fault with the product itself.
We are, however, disappointed that a public review has been posted which does not fully reflect the technical cause of the issue or the steps already taken to resolve matters raised previously.
We remain confident in the quality of our buildings and the standard of our installations.
Excelent company producing excellent sheds
I wanted a good, well made shed and contacted this company several times over many months and on each occasion the person was veery helpful and pleasant. I made an appointment to visit their premises and was met by Ben who took the time to show us thir stock and explain their quality measures. We moved house and in February 2026 I ordered a 15' x 10' tanalised shed with a few extras. I ordered on line and, again the staff were extreemly helpful and professional. The shed was delivered and erected on 10th March. The two deliverymen were great, polite, very experienced and very clean workers. The whole process from initial enquiries through the online purchase and then its subsequent delivery was a pleasant experience. This is an excellent company to deal with.

Sophie was extremely helpful in organising the order for me, I had a long wait to get into my new property and she kept in regular contact to see how things were progressing. Once I had a moving date, she organised for the shed to be made and delivered within 2 weeks.
The 2 guys turned up exactly on schedule and had it assembled in less than an hour, a very slick operation. The shed is strong and of good quality, and they even gave me a couple of wooden planters.
I can highly recommend this company for both their product and their professionalism.

Don't honour their warranty
Early in January noticed the sealant around the windows was falling off. It hadn't been tooled into the frame properly and we were getting some leakage. Poor workmanship in other words. Wrote to Beast sheds giving them a chance to do the right thing and they gave a whole list of excuses that it wasn't their fault, the weather etc. So a shed that is unable to stand up to the weather in other words! My other sheds were ok BTW. Beast sheds are beastly and don't honour their warranty. Beware!

We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied. At the time of installation, the shed was positioned on an uneven gravel base and our team advised that this type of foundation was not level or fully suitable, and therefore not recommended.
Timber structures require a stable and level base. Where a base is uneven, structural movement such as slight twisting or racking can occur over time, which can place stress on window openings and lead to sealant separation or water ingress.
The installation itself was completed in line with our standard procedures. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but it does not extend to issues arising from unsuitable base conditions, which was explained during our correspondence.

Cannot fault this company.
Ordered my shed and got a delivery date in a few weeks time. Just before the date I had an email confirming date and giving me a time slot.
Two guys arrived as expected and after ensuring they understood what I wanted, set about erecting shed. Took less than 90 mins or so. Result is a well built sturdy shed that should last for years.
Highly recommended!
