I have rang Be Connect to find out why our payment card machine not taking American Express. I have spoken to very lovely lady called Sofia that help me with my query and help me solve it. Thank you very much for your help it was pleasure talking to you.

This company cut the line on our busy indian takeaway without any notice. We are out of contract and all the bills are up to date. We told them we want to move to another provider who is cheaper and the very next day they cut the line. They demanded £300 cancellation fee when we are out of contract. The business has now lost a number we had for over 20 years. This is a scam company with fake positive reviews. I found another review (see Abdul Star) where they cut the line and the business lost their number which they had for 21 years.

This company is run by a 1 man band his name is Md Faizal Haq - He has never sent a contract now we want to leave he says that we are tied in on a 3 year contract, i asked him to produce proof of contract 6 weeks later he has still not produced anything. My company is now dissolved however all bills are up to date but he wants the new owner to pay £400 cancellation fee, even though new owner does not have a contract. He refused to release the phone line 3 times to the new provider. When the new owner threatened to complain to OFCOM he Cut the line!! Yes that’s right he cut the line on a Friday for the busiest indian takeaway!! Even though all bills are fully up to date!! Disgusting person When the new owners called him he literally said i don’t care!! Do not hand over your hard earned money to a SCAMSTER who won’t release the phone line when you want to leave!! He will make up a story about how you are tied in to an imaginary contract and will want a huge cancellation fee for you to leave. Disgusting company EVIL AND VILE PERSON

AVOID!! Very bad experience with Be Connect. They sold us a ISDN with our business, with a written guarantee of £14.99 per month, then proceeded to charge us £50 for the first month citing 'engineer visits' & various other add ons that never existed. When we complained we were dismissed and threatened with the cessation of our number which we have had for 21 years. We have tried to migrate to another provider & they have now cut our line off & claimed that it was the gaining provider that took over. We called the gaining provider & were told categorically that it wasn't them. Make sure you do not sign up for any services with this company
