Very thorough level 3 homebuyer report. Couldn't ask for more. He clearly knew his stuff. Highlighted all the flaws in the house that we hadn't spotted, including structural issues. Communication was excellent and the price was fair. The process went smoothly as everything was arranged directly with the estate agent so my involvement was minimal.
