I contacted Mike to service my bike. He collected it 6:30pm Friday and returned it fully serviced 2:30pm the next day. He also spent time going over a few things and making a couple of recommendations to help me maintain the bike myself. Highly recommend and will definitely be using BBD Bikes again.

Made an enquiry with Mike regards a mechanical issue. Bike was uplifted the next day and soon received a call stating what the problems were and what options I had.

This is my first experience of BBD bikes, and it won’t be my last! Mike is friendly, helpful, skilled and professional. Collection and delivery is all part of the service, and Mike came to collect my bike on the same day as I contacted him. After assessing the work needed, he sent details and an estimate of the cost. As the work progressed, he kept me fully updated. On completion, Mike delivered the bike to me, and went over it with me to describe what he had done. This was followed by written confirmation, a full report of work carried out, and future maintenance recommendations. The bike has been superbly repaired, serviced, and presented. The price was exactly as estimated and, considering the amount and standard of work carried out, was very reasonable. The bike was a birthday gift for my grandson’s 12th birthday, and he is delighted.
I cannot recommend Mike and BBD bikes highly enough.

Mike from BDB Bike Repairs made our experience so so easy, he came and collected my bike shortly after a brief telephone conversation explaining my issue, turned up explained what was needed kept me upto date with all parts costs then dropped it off with a full explanation on what work he had completed and also extra work he noticed needed tweaked.

Delighted with the excellent service provided by BBD Bikes! My e-bike needed a replacement tyre - Mike collected my bike from my home, supplied and fitted a new tyre promptly and checked the bike over before returning it to me repaired and ready to go. Highly recommend!
