I LOVE my ring! It is even more gorgeous that I thought it would be, it is sooo perfect and completes my wedding set beautifully! It is rose gold, even though, for some reason, the photo looks yellow gold. Would order from BBBgem anytime!!!

I was given a time table of 2-3 weeks for the construction of the ring and then another week for delivery. The ring arrived in 3 weeks so the service and time was excellent. The company emailed me after I had put in my in my order to double check the size, so that was reassuring to know that the company wanted to get it right the first time. I would certainly buy a ring here again, wonderful experience and a beautiful ring.

Look exactly as pictured. Bands are very dainty and morganite is just the right size. They fit perfectly. Went to a jeweller prior to ordering for correct ring size. With the rose gold the rings have a soft blush appearance. Perfect!

After months of research into moissanite, I placed my order with BBB Gem. After receiving my ring (through regular, uninsured mail, I might add) I was thrilled. It was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, that didnt last long. 70 days after receiving my ring, one of the 4 prongs holding my stone broke completely from the ring and my stone was lost. After emailing the company (as there is no phone number provided) and providing the photos they requested, they would not standy by their craftsmanship. I was told I shouldn't have worn the ring for "manual labor such as house work or taking bath". (My ring was never worn during physical activity.) They told me I would have to buy a replacement stone and have a local jeweler make the repairs. However, the link they provided for a "discounted replacement stone" was not a working link. Faulty craftsmanship, terrible customer service. Would never recommend.

Overall a good experience. We received the ring set we wanted at a good price. Communication with BBBGem was good through the ordering processes. The biggest concern we had ordering for the first time from this company was if the gems in the ring we received were real. After receiving the rings we took it to our local trusted jeweler and they did confirm that both the diamonds and the morganite stone were in fact real.

Excellent Service. I accidently placed two orders and they worked with me to clear up that issue. I also ordered a ring to late to get it on time for the proposal, and they worked hard and fast and delivered it in time with no detriment to the quality of their work.
