We felt their advertising was confusing. We ordered the wrong item. We then ordered the correct item , which cost more, we asked for them to issue a return and pick up shipping and they refused!!

Hello Deanna, I apologize that you found our advertising confusing. As a small business we can't cover the cost of shipping for correct orders. I know large companies like Amazon and Walmart may do this, but unfortunately it is not realistic for small companies. We do always support returns for any reason including change of mind. We do hope your daughter's enjoy their gifts!
