He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and managed to find me some really great deals that suited both my preferences and budget perfectly. I genuinely felt like he cared about making sure I got the best possible holiday experience rather than just making a booking.

Russel was very quick to respond to me with details and good price for my holida Russel was very knowledgeable, not pushy and very pleasant. Misleading prices, over £600 more than the advertised price. All a con to get your details. Natasha then begs for reviews despite not being able to deliver the holiday. Steer well clear.

Just booked a trip with the help of Mark. He was very helpful and accommodated my requests. Also very quick to respond to any questions.

The agents were always very prompt in getting back to me and had all the answers that I needed. Dylan particularly was extremely calm and patient with me when trying to sort things with my friend who in the end bowed out of the trip. He is an excellent travel agent!!
