First class service. The new battery arrived within two days. It was delivered when they said between the times given. The price was one of the factors that made me buy it. It was definitely competitive as I always check against other companies. All in all I would highly recommend.

DO NOT PAY FOR EXPENSIVE NEXT DAY DELIVERY - it is not next day delivery. Paid £30 for next day delivery, it is not next day delivery it is when the courier decides to deliver. It is infact 48hour delivery I'm told on the phone. Have waited in all day for something that won't come. And don't expect to be updated by customer services like they say they will. Order placed Thursday morning for next day delivery on Friday, I'm now hoping I get it on Monday, or you've ruined my holiday - how many days is that. Courier tells me they don't have my item at any of their depots, but same courier can tell the seller they have it but haven't processed it yet.

Not even an apology from the person on the phone.

I ordered two Victron solar panels which were at a great price and they arrived very promptly via DPD. Unfortunately one of the panels had been damaged in transit andsoI sent an E mail with some photos of the damaged box. I was worried that it would take some time to sort out a replacement but I had a reply very quickly and a new panel was sent out which arrived the next day. Great customer service and I would recommend. The product is great as well and at a good price so I will order another pair for my canal boat

Well, I'm not normally a Trustpilot moaner, but here goes.

I ordered 2no litium leisure batteries, compatible charger and link cable.
The charger couldn't be connected to the charger. Charger was M8 eyelets and battery was tower terminals.
The link cable was described as 380mm wide, when they meant 380mm long. It came 300mm long.
When I tried to resolve the charger/battery issue they said they couldn't do anything about it??? Even though their website stated they work in conjunction.
I had sourced these batteries as they perfectly fit my cabinet in the campervan. So I need that size but with a charger that fits. Headache 1. not resolved.
Headache 2. They said they couldn't replace the link cable with the correct length as the listing on the website is wrong. Huh? I asked if they could just replace them with the correct size, which they actuall stock. And that is something they couldn't do. Again Huh?
No replies back to emails when chasing these issues. Anyhoo long story short... I would avoid for the glaringly obvious reasons listed above. Grrr!

Update. After a few conversations the company have helpfully refunded the extra costs I had to pay to buy extra terminals to get the system to work correctly. They have also tweaked their website offending articles to now show the correct spec. So fair play and hats off to them. Cheers 🥳

The Pylontech battery (for adding to my existing set for storing solar electricity at home) arrived quickly, and was cheaper than offered elsewhere. It was useful earlier on to get notifications when it came in stock. When I asked a question about the product by email in advance, it was responded to quickly.

Decent kit at good prices with quick delivery, unfortunately 1 of the batteries failed within a short period, give them their due it was replaced after returning the faulty one within a reasonable amount of time.
