Bar Sign is great exactly how I wanted it. Delivery was the time they said it would be. Really happy, thanks!

The personalised bar sign is great and was delivered in around 2 weeks. However the customer service is shocking! No reply to 3 emails I sent and then also no answer on the telephone number and even blocked me when I tried to WhatsApp!! Sort out the customer service and would be a great company.

Keep away from this Company!
No Communication from this company after purchasing a sign.
I've rung and rung this company for a while now. Also emailed them and left messages on social media but no reply back regarding my purchase. In the process of receiving money back through my bank at the moment.
Please keep away

It's been 7 days now. And I've still not received my Bar Sign when was supposed to receive with 2-3 working days.
They took the money straight away though of course but I've not had any contact from them whatsoever.
I've tried to ring them, Emailed them , left messages of messenger but nothing back.
Please keep away from this company.
They are a disgrace!
I'm in the progress of taking this further to a level that will cause them much bother.

So they finally reply to my email today.
This is after I try to contact them using their online contact form on 2 occasions. Email them 7 days ago.
Rung them in the opening hours provided and sent a messages through messenger.
No apology! Like the reply left on here. Just a a message saying it will be despatch end of the week.

Nice sign. Seems good quality.

The sign was very nice, but I ordered a royal blue one, and received a midnight blue sign. I emailed company about it asking if they could check whether I had ordered a royal blue one, and, as yet, have had no reply. Obviously we'll keep it, but I just wanted confirmation about my order.

Amazing as always. Twice I’ve used them now and both times have been faultless.

This company should be avoided at all costs!!
I ordered a bespoke swinging bar sign, coasters & runners. I tried contacting them via email, on the phone and through their fb page. I had no reply. When the products came the coasters were different sizes and colours, the runners were faded and out of register, the chain for the bar sign was broken. I sent them photos via email. I tried contacting them again every day over several days. I was totally ignored. I'm now trying to get my money via PayPal and have reported them to trading standards.
I find it ironic that when customers give them a bad review on here ( and rightly so) the substandard & unprofessional company actually reply !!( albeit in a sarcastic, childlike, patronising and disgustingly rude way.
So as a company, have you ever thought of putting that energy into improving your customer service care, listening to customers and resolving issues before it gets to the point where you end up getting a bad review?
You might find it helpful to start acting professional rather than throwing your toys out of the pram!!!
Just a thought!!

* Update - the company actually emailed me back after weeks of me trying to contact them !( Probably due to the fact that I got on to PayPal to get a refund.)
They agreed to send replacements for the faulty items. And their explanation for no one answering the phone or media page???...they don't use either. So basically, you won't get any joy of getting replacements unless they are forced to reply to you by you pursuing a refund!!!
I couldn't believe it when I opened a parcel from them a week later. One of the replacement bar runners was out of register!!! The same fault that the original bar runner!!
I emailed them again and surprise surprise...no reply. .no apology.
I am absolutely disgusted and would never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone!!😡👎👎

To reply to Barsigns UK's reply... ( I did email you as soon as I recieved the faulty replacement but you failed to respond but preferred to be further humiliated on here for some reason!!!)
If you had sent out goods that weren't faulty in the first place, you wouldn't get bad reviews or complaints would you??
Furthermore, if you would have rectified the situation by sending goods that weren't faulty, I wouldn't be pursuing getting money back.
What do you expect?
And what, now you are trying to say the dozens of customers who left bad reviews on here are all lying are they???
Don't forget, I have photographic evidence of your shoddy work as I'm sure all you other unhappy customers have!
Surely, given that this was a replacement item for a bar runner that was out of register,  you would make doubly sure that you weren't sending something out with the same fault?

And your 'compliance' team as you put it couldn't have identified the issue as it was sent out with the same fault and who checks the item before it's packaged out to send making sure its up to standard before posting???

You obviously have no quality control or no care.

I work for a online company myself so I know mistakes happen but faults are rectified within days and not repeated and customers emails are certainly not ignored for weeks before responding!!

Oh, and just to let you know, I've screen shotted your reply and I'm forwarding it to PayPal and Trading Standards along with the photo evidence of the faulty items.

Well made sign very clear photo would recommend to all.

Great design and prompt delivery

I ordered 2 x outdoor barsigns a couple of months apart last year. Approx 6mths later, the larger sign had snapped off the brackets as the chain had rusted and the sign was bent. In the advert it stated "weatherproof" and "will last for years" which clearly was not the case. Following various conversations in which Mark Pearce was extremely obnoxious. He simply stated that I could purchase another sign and that he had "fulfilled the order", he "explained" that rust was "science" but failed to explain that his product did not match his advertised description.

It's clear that many people are happy with his signs, but the manner in which he addresses issues and the way he speaks with customers is disgusting. I have raised this with Etsy and have contacted my card provider as consumers have rights under several different pieces of legislation.

So for the above reasons, I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend them.

I also look forward to him not addressing the issue in his response to my review, but I am sure he will have something to say.

Brilliant quick service and the sign was excellently made and perfect for the garden bar

The sign it's self was great, but the first bit of windy weather we had broke the chains attaching it to to bracket broke.

Quick delivery, the sign just completes my pub. Reasonably priced compared to others and great quality too

Ordered a bespoke pub sign with own image. The important thing is getting the communication accurate from the start. I’ve seen the reviews of others, but have only experienced an exceptional product delivered as expected in excellent condition. Thank you to all who produced my sign, it swings happily ready to invite all our friends in. Just brilliant.

Ordering process was easy and the sign is absolutely brilliant, added the perfect finishing touch to our care home pub. Everyone loves it! Great company.

Easy to order, good quality on the whole we are pleased, only negative is that where it says "welcome to", this ia not printed in the middle, so we were a little disappointed with that.
