I absolutely love the boxes, I would recommend Bark on any level.

Doja always knows when her BarkBox has arrived and it’s her favorite time of the month. She always appreciates the variety of treat flavors and finding out which toy has which squeaker. We always look forward to Doja’s BarkBox and cannot wait to receive next month’s.
Additionally, BarkBox’s customer service team is out of this world. Any time I need assistance the team is more than happy to help. They have worked with me to curate the perfect box for Doja more times than I can count. The quality of the products are always top tier. Doja likes to shred her toys, so having the option to switch to a Super Chewer box is always very helpful, though she does prefer the fabric toys over all.

Rylie has loved playing with everything that has been sent. It's fun to open and see what is there!

I have enjoyed the Bark boxes while we have gotten them. Since my Senior Dig’s death in April, I requested no chicken items be included because our other dog who just turned 2 in July is allergic to chicken. In this box, there were 2 chicken items in it. Bark box has said they will send something else to replace it. I had switched to the “All treat Box” the past few months because Jewelz is going through a “rip open phase”!

I love this company! I have dealt with customer service twice since I signed up for this subscription, and both times I couldn't have been any happier! Friendly, quick, and professional service all the way!

The toys were great but one of them was not at all durable and had a hole in it within the first hour of the dogs playing with it. Disappointing but every other Bark Box we have received has been perfect.

Customer service offered a different pkg at a lower price to help me with my budget.

Bark Box has THE best customer service and other companies should take note. Twice I gave them specific feedback: once about a toy and the other was their birthday box. I received a response from them pretty quickly to ask me how they could make it right. Both times I said I didn't want anything and both times they sent me a replacement anyway. Their emails we get from a dog's perspective are pretty damn funny. There's always toys on sale. They're an amazing company! And affordable!

Chewy loves his BarkBox - 12 years now? He recognizes the logo when it lands on our porch and is so excited to get it open to see what is inside.

My dogs love getting their barbox every month. And customer service is awesome. If there is any problem at all with your barkbox they will make it right you can add if your dog has allergies and so they won't get the treats that they are allergic to. Also customer service is so happy to help if you received a toy that is not a doggie favorite. But they have so many.customizing options that its hard to get a toy that is not liked. I have had no bad experiences with barkbox...they one and only issue i do have is my dog is obsessed with the pugin spice latte toy and hes small and barkbox only carries the larger option now...so idk what I am.going to do when he needs a new one...so that is the only issue i have had..other than that we all love barbox over here

Love the toys and treats. A Harry Potter theme is so perfect. My only complaint, if there was one, would be wishing the box was shipped more quickly. But the mailman brought it to the door and personally delivered it to our little guy. Turns out, he has a blue heeler at home. So…can I really complain when that made our puppy’s day? Nah. We love Bark Box.

Ease of use with the AI assistant

The customer service is amazing, the quality of products and guarantee they have, and just the pure joy our little girl, Annie, has when I walk thru the front door and have her latest arrival in my hands. Bark Box is the absolute BEST and worth every single penny!

Love my Marley Bears Barkbox! Used to get it for many years for my 3 doodles and they loved it too! Marley Bear knows what it is when it comes and gets so excited and tries to open it herself:-) Great company with quality toys and treats!!
